If you're gluten free, don't bother! We paid $18 for a "small" pizza which was truly just the size of a personal pan pizza. There are two stars because the pizza was good but unfortunately, we left hungry. Also, as you can see, the toppings were kind of just thrown on there. For $18, they should offer something more. It was a complete waste of money. The small cheese pizza (gluten) was good, though our kids complained because the crust tasted like saltines. It was also teeny. I highly suggest buying their pizza slices for kids. You'll save money that way. A small for $12 was about the same size as two of their $3.50 slices. If we hadn't left feeling ripped off, I'd recommend their pizza. Now the ice cream place next door is great! It was a bit pricey but when you ask for one scoop it is the same size as two scoops. My wife called Martoli's on Sunday afternoon and no answer. As I was driving home on Cascade even though it was dark and the open sign was off they were open. I entered and I noticed that a woman at the cash register was telling another party of four that it would take 40 minutes to fill their order and they left. As I was placing an order for two pizzas the woman angrily asked what kind of vegetarian pizza and threw the menu my way. As I was paying I asked if they're not answering their phones. She abruptly said "You know, I don't have to take your order!" Wow! I immediately headed to the door and she says "Have good day!". I will continue to support our Sisters merchants post-pandemic but not this one. We all sympathize with staffing shortages but Martolli would be better off locking their doors until that they can find a cashier who isn't rude, angry and hates her job. read more

Called 6 times to order a pizza to go. Kept getting hung up on. Drove into town and no indoor service even with most other restaurants offering indoor seating at this time. Two employees and literally looked not busy at all. Under new ownership and very poorly run. They won't be in business long if they keep this up! Disappointing pizza but with other choices in town probably will go elsewhere when it's only 34 degrees outside. We won't be going back! read more

Came here during the COVID19 season prior to the Oregon fires. Pizza was great and they had numerous selections. My only complaint was the lack of hot sauce and parmesan cheese when we came. A good manager would have actually walked to another store/grocery and purchase some for their customers that day. Most people like those two additions when they buy pizza or maybe tell them when they order that you are out. It may alter their decision to purchase. read more

We stopped in for a quick dinner. The girls working were great and dressed up in their best pizza outfits. The pizza was good, but the garlic knots(cheese bombs) were even better. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because of the lack of selection of pizza by the slice. They only had two pizzas (cheese, pepperoni) 3 slices total between the two pizzas. We will be back. Good pizza. Annoyed to pay the $1 to support local fee... I shop local a lot, this fee is a money grab. Won't go back to any place who does this. Also was EXTREMELY disappointed this salad was $8. Salad dressing takes up most of the box and it was small to begin with. Just another over priced pizza joint in central Oregon if you ask me. Gluten free ponderosa. It was delicious. I love their marinara sauce. We got it to go. It only took 15 mins to bake on a Saturday night.

We Ordered a large Canadian bacon and pineapple, picked it up, brought it home:Only to discover there was no sauce on it. If there was sauce on it it was extremely scant. We immediately called them and they offer to make us a second pizza to correct the problem. Picked that pizza up looked at it while still in shop, saw there were some sauce up on the crust which the first one didn't even have that. Second pizza no sauce. We read the Yelp reviews and decided Martolli's of Sisters was going to our reward after a beautiful hike along the McKenzie River. We arrived at martolli's at 6:45 P.M., the sign on the door stated they were open until 8:00. As we walked through the door a woman employee said, "We are not taking anymore orders today." and ushered us out the door. As we were being guided to the door I proclaimed, " we just drove 75 miles to eat here. The woman said, "that's a shame." Unbelievable! This shop does not deserve anyone's business. I'm going to agree with a couple of the prior reviewers. Probably the best pizza option in Sisters, however getting a slice isn't necessarily the best way to experience Martolli's. Although they do have a nice slice, salad and soda deal. The indoor space is pretty cramped, but they do have some nice tables out front on Cascade Avenue. Fountain drinks are Pepsi products, but they have Coke and other beverage options in stock as well. Four options by the slice and I enjoyed The Milano, but it isn't up there with my favorite pizza ever. There are so many other good dining options in Sisters, that pizza is never terribly high on my list. I've never ordered a full pizza or tried the take-n-bake option, so rely on other reviewers for their opinions. As an aside, there is a Martolli's Pizza in Ashland, but I don't know if the two are related. My experiences in Ashland have been better. read more

Came through Sisters on my way to camping out in John Day River Territory. Stopped to use the public restroom and then realized I was hungry. Right across the street was Martolli's and I decided to get a slice of pizza. Got a mushroom and goat cheese slice and a beer. The pizza was delicious: really thin slice, lots of flavor, good chewy crust. Pretty soon, we were engaged in conversation with the whole staff. We were the only ones in there and were curious about some of the goings-on in the area. They were friendly and helpful and we enjoyed talking to them. I especially liked that they served alcohol as a beer settles my tummy on road trips. The restroom was roomy and clean to. Martolli's was the perfect pit stop.
