This is because they don't actually offer service the Yuma area, notwithstanding their address or the information on their Yelp profile. We had a 3-day stay scheduled for Yuma before joining a caravan of RVs in El Centro heading to Baja. We were having a problem with our 12V electrical system not holding a charge and needed someone to check it out. I reached out to Best Tech RV through the Yelp app, based on the description of the service area and services performed. On a positive note, I received a reply very quickly, which I appreciate. On the negative side, the response said they no longer provide service in the area where we are staying. I don't know if he meant near the specific RV Park where we are staying, or Yuma in general. Since their Yelp listing shows a Yuma address, the reply was both confusing and frustrating. They could have provided an explanation, or better yet, perhaps referred is to someone else who could help us. Note that my 3-star rating is NOT based on the quality or timeliness of their service. I give them two stars for the quick reply and added one star because the owner reached out to me after I posted my review. The low rating is for them not providing service in the area their Yelp listing says they serve, for poor communication and for not offering us any suggestions for where to get help with our problem.

People are very friendly also The stars given are for all those things mentioned Now the issues is WIFI and Cable TV Wifi is unusable anywhere except at the resort facilities.The web site says cable is included but that is not true I went to the office to inquire and was told not cable is supplied period This is a very nice place to camp a bit far from all things shopping (12 miles) You get road noise from highway Perfect for 2-3 months stay (you can order your own cable and internet Not perfect if your just spending a week or 2 Apparently it's ok for workers to walk tru your campsite at 8:15 in morning for no apparent reasons(he took a shortcut to get back to his truck I informed him that he was breaking the rules and apologized.
