After waiting 4.5…read morehours to get a tow to Quartzite, a night in a hotel, and an 80 mile tow to the dealer the next day (NOT related) my patience was understandably a bit thin. Finally unloaded my bike around 10-11am Saturday morning for a rear tire change. I called in advance, they confirmed they had a tire, and would have everything ready when I arrived. They did tell me that it's 'first come first serve' on Saturday. Ugh...typically a sign of pending doom. When we got there 3-4 guys came right out to help unload the bike and as promised all the paperwork was waiting. The downside was the 'first come first serve' especially when you're on the road. It seems that dealers have different takes on how to handle in-transit travelers. I understand why they do it, but given others will give you priority it is still frustrating that I had to wait 4.5 hours for a tire change to get back on the road. Everyone from the tech writers to the mechanic and even the sales staff were excellent in answering questions and making sure we were comfortable while waiting, and frankly can't speak highly enough about the personnel. I've been to the dealer in the past for long weekends in the area, but Yuma was not our destination that trip (Phoenix) and have never had any complaints. I'm knocking off a star only for the wait but otherwise I'd be happy to visit the dealer again (and I'm sure I will). Thanks for the great service guys!

I looked Joes road service up on Google. It looked sketch, but I had no other option because everywhere was closed on the Fourth of July.... Joe and his helper were there within 30 minutes with two brand new tires and I was on the road within an hour of calling them.... On top of that it was cheaper than what I paid for two new tires without roadside assistance in San Diego!! They were so professional when they got there, and I felt like I was in good hands. I can't express how much gratitude I have for them coming out on Fourth of July and not charging me my whole life savings! I am back safe in San Diego, and I 100% recommend this business. It started back before Christmas with Freedom RV in TX who charged us 160.00. They said they filed…read morea claim and would call me. I never heard from them and called them after a month once I got to the new campground. They said they had a so-called computer problem and never filed the claim. finally warranty company called and said the unit was sent overnight to Freedom RV but we are in Yuma Az not TX. They sent a list of technicians so we chose the only mobile tech in Yuma from the list, Chris ---- with Your RV Matters. they sent the unit to him. I didn't hear from anyone for over a week so I reached out to the warranty company, they said they sent to him on March 6. He kept saying he was coming over but didn't. 15 days later he installed charged us 400.00 dollars and said that the Coleman a/c warranty company would pay us back. In some cases, they would pay him and he would pay us back. they paid Turns out they only pay contractors and sent him 240.00 so he's been paid twice and he left about 20 minutes later it was getting hot so I went on the roof to see if the cover was off and found a few scratches up on roof and called him to fix the a/c cause it getting hot and to patch the holes and scratches. he patch one of the scratches and said a/c is running 10 minutes later it got hot we tried to contact him by text and phone calls no response then we called Coleman warranty they said call another company so 5star repair came out and he called warranty to confirm the 150.00 hourly rate they agreed then he wanted a 2 trip 50.00 as well they said no to the extra 100.00 dollars he hung up the phone and left now Pirates rv service called set appointment Friday at 2in the afternoon ok but that's 5 days away that's the earliest we can put u on the books then called back later to change to the following Monday so they can do it in the morning. now at this point it's been over 3 months with 1 a/c unit in a 43ft tin can at an average 90 to 105 in the house with a disabled handicap person in the heat all day long now we are out 560.00 out of pocket and still no a/c It Monday morning 4-13-2026 the Pirates contractor is scheduled for 9am the starting time is8:54 time out 12:00 the a/c seems to be working stop next day not cooling contacted Pirate RV they came out there was two thing bad freeze circuit now it's cooling waiting on the two parts to be replaced good job Pirates RV now the disabled, handicap, person that lives there can cool down now after 4 months off stress now I've been texting Mr Eric at Coleman warranty for a few days about the 400.00 dollars that was paid to Chris----- with your rv matters .no answer now your rv matters is out of business I've wrote to BBB no help they say his business is closed so they can't help us
