They called me directly to confirm the services I requested and made sure everything was properly scheduled ahead of time, which I really appreciated. They were organized and did a thorough job while still completing everything in a timely manner. One thing I especially appreciate is that they don't simply finish and leave. Despite these issues, I was still planning to give them another try. Fast forwards several weeks, I received a text message about a promo and decided to move forward with booking, with a willingness to commit to several cleanings with this company. I was told that I had been scheduled and confirmed, only for 10 min later to receive another message stating "After reviewing availability and internal guidelines, we're not able to move forward with this promotion." I asked if this was because of my feedback from my initial appointment and received no response. I then decided to try calling and it was at the time I realized that I was blocked. I find this very weird and unprofessional, and thusly would not recommend their services.

Once I disclosed that another company had already cleaned the room, I was told they do not like taking jobs previously cleaned by other companies and that I should ask the original cleaners to come back instead. The response honestly felt dismissive, and almost as if they no longer wanted the job because I had not chosen their company first. What confused me most is that the room still clearly needed cleaning regardless. It also left me wondering whether they would have accepted the job normally if I had simply never mentioned that another cleaner had already been there. I understand businesses can choose what work they take on, but the interaction felt unprofessional and disappointing after already discussing pricing and the scope of the cleaning.
