We rent and when we moved in six years ago it was already dripping grease, it was so gunked up (like, it was literally coming out of the light and fan switches). We hired cleaners when we first moved in but they looked at the hood and said it couldn't be done, so ever since we never bothered to clean it or look into getting it cleaned. While I did see a few 1 and 2-star ratings, after reading those reviews I found most of them to be weird complaints from years and years ago. They're not indicative of current service. The promptness and attentiveness, combined with being intentional about explaining their services and answering questions in a reasonable amount of time, showed to me they were taking their work seriously. I started with a Deep Cleaning, which was just finished today. They did a great job. They caught little issues other house cleaners have ignored (dust under the fridge, for example) and went above and beyond to make the beds in a nice and well-presented manner.
