Honesty and communication are two of the things I value most when working with a contractor, and Alpine Plumbing delivered on both. We had an emergency at a mobile home park where the holding tank had overflowed, causing a major sewer backup. The tank hadn't been pumped in years, making it an extremely difficult job. We needed a company that could respond quickly and handle a challenging situation, and Craftsman Sewers delivered. They arrived on time with the right equipment and got straight to work. They made incredible progress on the first day and came back promptly the next morning to finish the job. They never complained about how difficult the work was--they stayed focused until everything was completed. What impressed me the most was their communication, professionalism, and work ethic. As a fellow contractor, I appreciate companies that show up when they say they will, do exactly what they promise, and take pride in their work. If you're looking for a dependable septic and sewer pumping company, I highly recommend Craftsman Sewers. Our septic tank was not right until they came and were able to fix it. The septic tank had to be cleaned out and videoed. What was their discovery? Our septic tank had only one 24"cover . This cover was not heavy duty either. The 4" clean outs were only 3"clean outs. Nothing was right. Also discovered was that our sewage pit had collapsed! We had to drill, hand dig and put in a new sewage pit and connect it up to our septic tank. Now our septic system is complete and certified. This represents a ton of hard work to be accomplished during very hot weather. It took almost 7 days to complete our job. This was hard and very tedious work. But Felix and his crew are always up for the task. They do work very hard. I can tell you that Craftsman Sewers are honest, they communicate to you well and they do not leave you in the dark. You will know about your septic system with them. They do keep things as clean as they can. This is not easy to do. They even hand watered areas to keep the dust down for us. It was a true pleasure to have Felix and the Craftsman Sewers crew at our home. This was a once in a lifetime experience. Does this cost money? Yes it does. But are they worth it? Yes they are. . .Everyday! Thank you to Felix and the Craftsman Sewers crew.!
