Despite being the only waitress at the time, Katie gave us the best service, coming out to the tables outside often to check on us and even brought a Mick's water bowl for our dogs. Dogs loved the grass under the tables and a taste of the food :). French toast was also great. We took scone, pie (2 types!) and a milkshake for the road. Fantastic food and hospitality!! You receive either a salad or bread complimentary when you are having a meal. I've enjoyed the firecracker shrimp, Fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp and the Bear Claw at different times. It takes awhile sometimes for your food but I wasn't in a hurry so I was ok. A couple small tables left due to the wait. The bartender (Dustin or Justin) is always the very best!! A Happy go lucky guy, makes good drinks (especially lemon drop martinis) and keeps an eye on his customers. Some servers need to smile, be happy and at least act like they like their jobs. A smile goes a long way. Otherwise the new remodel has been a nice improvement.

We sat there for almost 15 minutes with no one as much as walk by!! There were maybe a dozen other folks in the room so they were not busy at all. When you have a "sports bar" you expect that type of atmosphere- the tvs were small and older then I am, picture wasn't clear, nothing being played over the speakers. It was not a good place at all.

They let us know about the kitchen being a little backed up, so the food would take a little longer than normal. I love being informed about such things so I dont just sit there and wonder what's taking so long. Their hibachi is fantastic, the cooks are so lively. Tried their dine in experience for the first time and it was amazing. The booth they put us in felt private, like it was just you and whoever is at that table. It was great, had the bento box and it's a lot of food! Great taste for a great price if you ask me. We will be going back again for sure.

Food was okay, relatively fast for sushi but we did dine early. The particular server we had,…read morehowever, could use some improvement. A pleasant greeting and a smile while you serve your guests takes minimal effort. She seemed bored, just sitting up at the sushi bar while her tables were sat, like she couldn't really care less. A 5 min quick check back after dropping food is important to see if guests have everything they need, even if you run the food. We did not receive any small dishes for soy sauce, the appetizer was delivered with no side plates at all, then all the side plates we received with the one giant plate of sushi (combined for the whole table some reason?) were chipped, pre bussing didn't happen until plates were stacked for her - not a huge deal but caring about small stuff does matter for success of the server and of the restaurant long term.

There were two strips of bacon on top of the brisket and three onion rings on top of that. I took off the top bun, added some BBQ sauce and then proceeded to enjoy each thing piecemeal. Until I came to just the brisket and the bottom slice of bread which was small enough to fit into my mouth. It was all yummy.
