I have messed up orders everytime I go in. This time they gave me old nasty fries that have probably been there for over 15 mins. Nuggets are also pretty old. Horrible experience. Not only does management suck but the employees clearly have no care for quality orders. read more

Going to start reviewing places for Doordashers and other food delivery drivers. Stood there and waited for someone to greet me and when nobody did I waited at the counter hoping for help. 10 minutes passed and after deciding to go sit down to I noticed a hidden shelf in the back with the order sitting on it. No signs pointing to it and no reason a dasher would ever walk over there. If your going to hide the order then please greet dashers (or literally every customer) when they enter the store. read more

Whoa...this has to be THE WORST mcdonalds EVER. Absolutely Rude latino girl counter worker constantly rolled her eyes and then got our order completely wrong and when I returned to get the remainder of the order she had forgotten she pretty much slammed and threw the cups and the rest of the order at my daughter. Brand new fancy building, but the worst customer service! I ordered and paid for my food at the digital kiosk because there wasn't anyone at the counter. I ordered a McRib meal, 2 chicken nugget meals, a 10 piece chicken nugget, and 2 cheese burgers. The kiosk didn't print a receipt or give me a number. I was the only customer inside the store, so not a big deal. An employee in the back starts yelling "Who ordered a McRib? Who order a McRib?" I am sitting in the lobby waiting for my food. She comes out and asks if I ordered the McRib, then tells me that they don't carry the McRib. (It was not only available for me to purchase on the kiosk, but also advertised on the billboard in front of the store.) So I changed my sandwich. Then when my order was ready, I noticed that I didn't have fries or one of the drinks. I tell them that I need 3 fries and another drink. She says "So you need 2 fries?" "No, I need 3." She looks at the receipt on the bag and noticed it still says McRib meal and tells me they don't have McRibs. "Yes, I know, I have already discussed this with another employee, I have paid for 3 meals so I still need 3 fries and another drink." Finally, I get my food and go home. I only live 3 miles from the store, so it doesn't take that long. When I get home, the fries are ice cold and greasy, the burgers are cold, the pops are practically flat, and there are not enough nuggets in one of the nugget boxes (I didn't realize I needed to count the nuggets before leaving the store!). $40 worth of disgusting cold food! read more

I love McDonald's they have really hard workers really working hard hours, I know sometimes they can mess up on my order and it makes me mad but I also understand they are trying they have so many in and out orders & there moving fast, so even the fact that can mess up sometimes they will always be my favorite. read more

Sweet, sweet McDonald's. Thank you, thank you, thank you for having a bathroom easily accessible from right off the freeway. Seeing your golden arches rising high above the treetops as I drove down the interstate gave me hope. You saved me from taking drastic measures on the side of the road after a fry order from earlier today took a turn for the worse, wreaking havoc on my insides. I parked and ran in, wondering if my intestines were going to make it. As I tried to walk cooly and calmly towards the bathroom, thoughts like, "I hope stall is empty" and "I wonder if any of these people are going to mug me" went through my head. Both thoughts, it turns out were unfounded, based instead on irrational fears created by the madness of a full bladder. Thankfully the stall was empty. Even better, it was clean. Even better it had soft toilet paper. Did you read that? SOFT, 2-PLY TOILET PAPER. Compared to other fast-food bathroom stalls, McDonald's takes the cake. I even got to listen to "This Girl's on Fire" by Alicia Keys. Four stars for an awesome bathroom experience. -1 because the stall door didn't go all the way to the floor and it makes me a little self-conscious when people can see the color of my shorts and Chuck Taylor's from the other side of the door. This McDonald's has poor customer service and lack mannerisms. The drive thru staff were rude and incompetent.

Asshats forgot my sauce. And gave my spicy nuggets instead of regular nuggets. 10/10 do not recommend.

Staff spent their time flirting with each other instead of listening to our order. We have an extremely picky eater and specifically requested a plain hamburger with nothing but ketchup. Receipt is correct and stated ONLY ketchup in all caps. Got back on the freeway and found instead a cheeseburger, which our child won't eat. Unfortunately since we were already on our way we couldn't turn around and get the problem fixed - probably typical of this location since it's so near the freeway. So we wasted our time and money. 2 stars because at least our fries were hot! Nonetheless, will probably avoid this as a stop in the future. read more

Dont get the 2 stars wrong, I love Micky D's but if you want to find almost the entire population of non eglish speaking people in Blackfoot, try this place. They mess up my order almost everytime i go here becasue they can barely understand you. read more

ALWAYS gets orders wrong, Workers always flirting with each other, give you attitude whether you are ordering inside or through the drive thru. ALWAYS assume you want a Large with a Coke. Worker who takes orders from the drive thru always seems to rush you into ordering and get upset when you are still trying to decide. One of the worst McDonald's in Idaho! Sad, but true... read more

I hate giving bad reviews. I really do. But this time I feel it's warranted. My husband and I are new to the area, the first time we ate at this McDonald's, my husband ordered a double smokehouse burger. We took it to go, only to find out that when we opened our food, they had charged us for a double but only given a single. Not cool. I took the time to fill out the survey on the receipt that would give me a coupon code for a buy one get one free quarter pounder with cheese. I figured the difference would come out in the wash, but when we went in to order that and use the coupon, the cashier charged us for both burgers. We ordered other stuff so we didn't realize it at first. So really not impressed. read more
