I travel on the road a few months at a time and I feel this place is keeping me from feeling like crap! Fresh veggies and fruit totally pure is what I need and this is where I get it! I love all the parfaits! I just tried the orange carrot karma, it's perfect because it's not sweet nor tart. It's just smooth and very refreshing! I try to stop at all the ones I can! As for this location the employees were super friendly and were just excited about life! I love walking into places like that, gives off great energy! Sadly you don't see that as often as we should! Super friendly people working in there-- (all were wearing masks except one person but maybe she was just ending her shift bc she wasn't actually making smoothies or helping customers). I do not recommend this place. It has an aspect of favouritism. We must have attended the business about ten times before we decided it was poorly managed. The person employs young teenagers who seem to be high schoolers with bad attitudes. We have been subjected to ageism. We are older people who are using a service. We expect to be treated fairly. Instead, these teenagers refer to us as losers and even ignored requests for food that does not include peanuts because one of us has an allergy. In fact, on the last occasion to patron the business we were deliberately given egg sandwiches and a peanut shake. The peanut shake could have been life threatening. These people are reckless. Do yourself a favour and skip it. There is another juice bar a few streets down the road passed the Fred Meyer on the right hand side. It has a drive up window. read more

We came in as a large group hoping that the employees would be excited to serve us because we were providing business for the store. When we walked in we were treated negatively and it was clear the employees we were upset they had to make so many smoothies. The cashier rolled her eyes, complained and said we needed to call in an order next time. We travel often as a group, and we have never had a problem with other jamba juice locations. Her attitude was severely negative, and told one of the girls in our group that since we were ordering so many açaí bowls it is our fault if they don't have fresh fruit for us. Next, another person in our group ordered a ginger shot, the cashier walked to the fridge, looked in, and dramatically slammed it shut, and stated "We don't have ginger". The only male worker, and the light haired girl with the glasses were the ONLY considerate and kind workers in the establishment. When they messed up our orders that came out, and one of the orders was incorrect they accused the customer of mixing up her own order wii someone else's and recommended she switched with an already half-eaten bowl. Im not usually one to talk so poorly on establishments publicly especially because we are a group of 19, but the customer service was horrendous and i would not recommend eating here. read more
