The store is clean and associates seemed friendly but the bathroom here was disgusting.. trash overflowing and just gross.. the things I always look for they didn't have at all.. a little disappointing.. lot of clearance items so good deals to be had just couldn't find what I needed read more

MESSY!!! My most recent visit to Marshalls in West Babylon was just like the rest. There were clothes everywhere, everything was unorganized, and the line was EXTREMELY long, it looked like I was at an amusement park. The staff there is slow and always looks depressed, like they don't even want to be there themselves. The atmosphere was dry, and you will NEVER see me shopping here again. read more

After having a baby 4 months ago I bought 8 summer items as I didn't have anything that fit me anymore. Didn't have time to try them in the store due to my baby waking up from his nap. Went to return them at this store the employee that helped me was the manager Marisol and looked annoyed from the moment I walked up to her with my items. The first time she asked why I just said they don't fit. But then proceeded to receive back handed comments about the amount of items and she was surprised they didn't fit multiple times even after explaining that I recently had a baby and my body is shaped very differently. West Babylon location has REALLY stepped up their game! Extremely organized, especially cosmetics & toiletries Dept. Marshall's staff is doing a phenomenal job! Carts sanitized! An employee taking tally of customers entering & exiting...200 max. For me, Marshalls is hit or miss. This location in particular is a miss. This location always has insanely long line no matter the time of day or time or the year. I waited almost an hour on the line just to make a simple return. Also, this location is a disaster in other ways- never enough staff working there, not a great selection of items, and the cashiers that seem to work there are always rude. read more

A lot of selections and prices are great. What I don't like in this place is how rude the staffs are. Yesterday afternoon , I was looking for a good pair of ankle boots. There were 2 staffs working in between the size 7 and 7.5 aisle. The male worker said to the female Hispanic worker that people touch the shoes but never buys them. They were talking bad about the customers not thinking that there were people next to them . Of course, it is normal when people touch and tries the shoes they like before buying them but to these workers it's not. Unbelievable. read more

Marshall's in West Babylon is an amazing place to shop! Friendly employees, everything is organized and inexpensive but great quality! Ayla is a fantastic cashier! Polite, friendly, kind and honest! I've gone here 3 times over the last 4 months and there's always 40+ people on line. Every time after shopping I've put my things back and left the store without a purchase. It's very frustrating especially when you come with little kids. Such a waste of time. Clearly the lines are an issue and the store should restrict the number of people in the store if they cannot accommodate them. read more

I like what they have to buy but when you go to pay for it, you will be waiting online for a really long time. I live in walking distance and no matter when I go the line is an issue. About half the time I go I just put all my stuff down and leave because the line to pay. Staff is nice and the selection is good. read more

I usually love Marshalls & Hope Goods, but this location is a real let down. Their selection just doesn't seem as good as other locations. The real killer is the lines though. When I've actually suffered through the long line I've watched several people give up and leave. I've given up and left a few times myself. They need to staff this store better. I love shopping here but I don't go too often. I always find a ton of stuff I want to pick up and it's always very cheap. Most items are discounted designer items. It's similar to Loehmann's but much bigger and with a less upper class feel. It's an awesome store to find gifts for someone or items for yourself. read more

This store is good and the staff definitely takes care to follow covid precautions of cleanliness, but I must warn you to be careful and to be as careful as humanly possible when shopping here, because the clientele is filthy!!!!! I like the Marshalls stores because they have some great makeup for so cheap, and there are a lot of people that shop here because they like to save money-but there are also a ton of people in these stores that don't care at all about American standards of cleanliness. You'll hear a bunch of different languages being SHOUTED (not spoken) when you shop here- and you'll see a lot of people bringing toddlers around without a stroller and forgetting that they have kids at all. Children are mass spreaders of coronavirus and germs in general- licking things, coughing, not washing hands. You'll see it all in this store. You will get sick from the inconsiderate shoppers here. BE CAREFUL. I feel very bad for the employees, having to deal with dirty people that clearly don't care how they effect anyone around them. Some people don't even change their kid's diapers! Saving some money on makeup isn't worth getting covid because people here don't wash their hands, watch their kids, or try at all to be clean and considerate. (I have gotten covid and the flu from shopping in Marshalls, despite wearing a mask and cleaning my hands and taking all cleanliness measures.) Man there are probably viruses in these stores that mankind hasn't even discovered yet. Gave 4 stars because the staff puts in the work, it's not their fault dirty people come in here. read more

If you come to this Marshall's, expect lines. Seems that anytime you come, the line will always be long as could be. Definitely need more cashier registers at least to try to help. Store is also a mess due to frequent amounts of customers dumping their carts and leaving. read more
