The owner thinks she's better than everyone else when she's actually stingy and cheap while overcharging her products and underpaying her employees that are all family. Johnny Rockets, Nathan's, Chipotle are available for your after movie meal. Did I mention Regal Deer Park movie theater is also here? The ice rink in the winter and holiday decorations according to the season are always lovely. Although I miss The Christmas Tree Shops that went out of business, this is one of my favorite outdoor outlet malls. I must admit, I get lost each and every time I go there! My second time visiting this store and I must say I was way very impressed!…read more I came here on door buster Thursday of Thanksgiving and they had everything very well organized from the door buster deals on display to fully staff ready to help you at any given moment. I knew it would be crowded considering Black Friday, and door buster and amazing sales but the Timberland Factory Store handled it very well! They had a line rope around the display with two staff member asking for what size and which color boot you was looking for. They had literally an amazing system going on, where if they didn't have the size they made sure they paged someone in the inventory station for them to run the product to the front. The line for purchasing the boots was fairly quick and easy except they had two forms where staff members had to check what was inside the box before it went to the purchase line. I guess they had to make sure the correct item was in there I'm assuming. But overall two timberlands boots for the price of $140 can't beat that at all!!
