I came here for one thing and one thing only, a NY Knicks Hat! Now I didn't buy it to wear.. as 99%…read moreof hats look bad on me (I'm not exaggerating... the mirror told me!). I bought it to put in my home office as I had an empty space next to Godzilla (that'll make sense if you look at the photo I've included). Now I know the Knicks have been pretttty bad in recent years... but I have faith... blind faith... completely irrational faith... that one day we'll turn it around! I miss Porzingis terribly, actually loved Marbury (he came into his final Knicks season in TIP TOP shape yet was immediately bench.. what?!), am a HUGE Nate Robinson fan, HUGE Patrich Chewing Fan, hated D'antoni, and have been to countless games. I'm not a fan of the organization but am a fan of the wonderful players that have come and gone throughout the decades. I even have the John Starks dunk poster (basically dunked in traffic on 3 Bulls after faking he was going to use the pick and drove HARD baseline) hanging in my living room. It's the first thing someone sees as soon as they enter. As you can tell, I can go off on a tangent from time to time but bottom line is.. I came in looking for a Knicks hat, found one at a decent price, purchased it and rushed home (again, driving the speed-limit) and placed it in it's new home. Thanks Champs!

I would definitely go back to this location on jamaica Avenue. The store has 2 levels with escalators. A cool spot to shop at in the heart of jamaica.

I was really surprised to see that this place has bad reviews. My mother, sister, and I have been…read moreshopping here for years. Sam and Alana are so attentive and I've never had a bad experience. Sam is amazing - there must be a few hundred different kinds of shoes, but if you point one out to him he'll tell you what sizes he has and if they run too big or too small. If the shoes aren't the best fit, say something and he will add insoles/grips/padding to make it perfect (sometimes you have to buy them, but sometimes he throws them in for free). And he's never tried any funny business with me. Maybe I'm not his type, haha. I don't mean to be defensive or to question the other reviews - I'm just saying that they're not in line with the experiences I've had. I suggest checking it out for yourself. As for me, I've spent lots of money in that place and I've never had a problem. Hicksville's best-kept secret!

I actually really liked this store!…read more First, it's a huge location and very organized. Housewares in the front, racks and racks of clothes, shoes and accessories along the back and sides. I ended up buying a really nice purse here that you can tell was a legit return and not some knockoff piece. I saw lots of people buying clothes although nothing really stood out to me in that department. The staff is exceptionally friendly. They are thankful you are there and purchasing. As it's the soft opening they also have an additional 20% off taking place on all items and are giving out free snacks in the front. The only paid point here is the parking lot. It wraps around the back which is helpful but it's not nearly enough parking for the amount of customers they seem to be getting.
