My second time visiting this store and I must say I was way very impressed! I came here on door buster Thursday of Thanksgiving and they had everything very well organized from the door buster deals on display to fully staff ready to help you at any given moment. I knew it would be crowded considering Black Friday, and door buster and amazing sales but the Timberland Factory Store handled it very well! They had a line rope around the display with two staff member asking for what size and which color boot you was looking for. They had literally an amazing system going on, where if they didn't have the size they made sure they paged someone in the inventory station for them to run the product to the front. The line for purchasing the boots was fairly quick and easy except they had two forms where staff members had to check what was inside the box before it went to the purchase line. I guess they had to make sure the correct item was in there I'm assuming. But overall two timberlands boots for the price of $140 can't beat that at all!! read more

Okay I love the Timberland products, but the outlet is a different story, their staff is very far off, when it comes down to costumer assistant, you can stand there looking into their Farand yet they just look clueless. but that does not stop me from shopping and waking up the zombies by waving money at the dead. but their online service is wonderful. read more

Update: I didn't know this before so I must share it. You may go in and ask yourself "Why can't I find the new snow white Timberlands or the low-tops with the suede laces? That is because the outlet does not carry the newest items. The new items are usually higher priced and outlet shoppers usually don't want to buy at the higher retail price so they sell the older stuff, out of season stuff or standard best sellers. Still have great service. Staff is friendly. Buy the sale stuff. Shop here during sales where you can get a steal. Be careful when calling the store. The phone lines at the Tanger have been known to be switched to the wrong store so clarify the person that you are speaking with at the Timberland store (not the Children's place or other store). read more

This is the worst timberland store I've ever been to. I came here ready to buy two pairs of timberlands and left with nothing. Why? This place is horrible. If you need help you will get no help at all. Place looked like a mess when I was in there. Most of the items were misplaced and didn't have a lot of sizes. Why isn't anybody restocking shoes if there's none on the shelf??? The customer service is terrible. I was trying to get some help in this place. I was just trying to wave someone over in silence for a very long time. I saw a worker looking at me waving at them and they ignored me and walked the other way. I had to yell for help and had the whole store starring at me. Which was very awkward and embarrassing. After this terrible experience I don't think I would ever come back to this timberland store. read more

Went in this store couple months ago and the girl with nose hoop who's one of the leads was so rude and disrespectful. If you don't get along with people why work retail?? Don't understand. But other than that the others are very sweet such as the boy name Jeremy who helped me out. I hope he can take her place soon or she leaves. read more

The worst Timberland store I have ever been in. Your made to feel like your not wanted. I would prefer the one in River Head. I will never shop at this one again. Its dark cramped and looked like they had been robbed. Not to many clothes and out of a lot of sizes. The staff are rude and not worth mentioning. Pass this palce by, spend your money in SoHo or River Head. I found three pair of jeans I paid and left. read more

This place is clean and the staff is extremely helpful. It is true that they don't have a wide selection of clothing, but it's an outlet! The employees were quick at ask for my shoe size and were happy to double check the stock room for extra sizes and styles. I got a beautiful pair of gore tex hiking boots that were originally $120 for only $30- after tax! No complaints here. read more

I purchased a jacket from this particular store a few months back in preparation for a bad winter. But, this winter has been warmer than usual so I was unable to test out my jacket. When the weather got cooler and I wore my jacket for the first time I noticed the zipper was broken. I called the store and they were super nice on the phone and told me to bring it in. I made that trip out from Queens and prepared for the worst. But, after speaking to one of the associates he helped me out and told me he would be take it back and I could get anything else in the store. After picking out the same jacket he told me do you want to keep looking because the particular jacket was now cheaper and I would get a credit in return. This made my wife super happy and she was able to get her boots she wanted and only cost me an extra $4. Great customer service and very honest. Will def be going back and would advise people to shop there. read more
