The staff was so patient though and spent a ton of time with me making sure that I was able to try on a million different shoes, make sure it was the right size, style etc. They have a really great selection too and are very knowledgeable as I also have over-pronation. I usually buy everything online but with shoes I really wanted that personal service to make sure that they fit and that I liked them. This way I can save myself from spending a million dollars online and then have to return all these shoes, and then probably forget to return half of them. You know how that goes... I'm so glad that this store is local and I was able to go in. They were also extremely accommodating one time when I had to make a return, as they stand by their products and service and ensured that I was able to switch into something else that I was comfortable with. It unfortunately left me an inch short on the left leg. I was an avid runner and endurance athlete prior to that. And was told I'd never run again. I found this place and when it was time for me to start walking again, I went there and got extensively measured on all angles of my legs and feet. They then took all the pairs of shoes and boots I brought to them, and altered and built up the left ones to make them tall enough to have me walk level. They also do this for my running shoes! And because I brought a prescription, I dont pay tax on this modification. I run 3 miles a day now just as good as I did before! And they helped with that! I bring them about 4 pair of shoes a year and will continue to do so!

I was looking for a few outfits for my wife to give as a Christmas present. I had the pleasure of working with a sales associate named Gabby Herrera. Gabby took the time to listen what I was looking for and helped me select a few different outfits. Even though the store was very busy with it being a week before Christmas she took the time to call other Michael Kors stores found me all the items I was looking for ahnd had them shipped to me in time for Christmas and did it all with a smile.
