You can truly feel the care and pride they put into their work. That's what sets small businesses like this apart they genuinely care about their customers. I've been shopping here since their original location on Sunrise Highway years ago, and it's easy to see why they've been around so long and still going strong. The quality, service, and heart they put into everything are unmatched. Highly recommend supporting this amazing local business they're simply the best! I actually really liked this store!…read more First, it's a huge location and very organized. Housewares in the front, racks and racks of clothes, shoes and accessories along the back and sides. I ended up buying a really nice purse here that you can tell was a legit return and not some knockoff piece. I saw lots of people buying clothes although nothing really stood out to me in that department. The staff is exceptionally friendly. They are thankful you are there and purchasing. As it's the soft opening they also have an additional 20% off taking place on all items and are giving out free snacks in the front. The only paid point here is the parking lot. It wraps around the back which is helpful but it's not nearly enough parking for the amount of customers they seem to be getting.

He looks me in the eyes, he asks about my playing, my strokes and then goes on to suggest the perfect strings to complement my strength and style. He asks if I can wait as he starts to work on my stuff with a smile. I have never seen this nor experienced this before." Cory you are a natural and really, genuinely connect with everyone. I am humbled and absolutely just so very, very grateful for you once again taking the time and talking to me and finding out about my history, feet anatomy and specific needs as I came in on May 14th for 2 pairs of athletic shoes - one for racquetball and the other for everyday wear. Ray Ray was the " abnormal" kid born with six toes on each foot( still got them) with five toes being fused together on the left foot causing just a few issues with walking, running and balancing the first 39 months of my awesome life. This is the first time in my life that someone( ie Cory) really had the patience, the care, the ear and the know how to help me. He brought up three pairs based on my size 12 and a 1/2 extra extra wide feet and the first two were perfect- fit, feel, color, comfort, mobility - everything!!! Cory once again delivered magnificently. 3 weeks later - June 5th, 2021 - Capitol City World Outdoor Racquetball Championship, Herndon, Virginia - won the gold in the Men's 3 Wall A Division Doubles. Thank you Cory, from the bottom of my heart.

The staff was so patient though and spent a ton of time with me making sure that I was able to try on a million different shoes, make sure it was the right size, style etc. They have a really great selection too and are very knowledgeable as I also have over-pronation. I usually buy everything online but with shoes I really wanted that personal service to make sure that they fit and that I liked them. This way I can save myself from spending a million dollars online and then have to return all these shoes, and then probably forget to return half of them. You know how that goes... I'm so glad that this store is local and I was able to go in. They were also extremely accommodating one time when I had to make a return, as they stand by their products and service and ensured that I was able to switch into something else that I was comfortable with.
