I went in the middle of a random weekday thinking the store would be less busy, but there were many customers in there being fitted. Jarod was the associate who helped me. He asked questions about my intended use for the shoes and had me try out a few pairs after measuring my feet. He made adjustments and picked different pairs out from the back as I told him how the shoes felt. I landed on the Saucony Guide 19, which was not shoes that I had in mind or come across during my research. But they are super comfy and I love running in them.
