I saw lots of people buying clothes although nothing really stood out to me in that department. The staff is exceptionally friendly. They are thankful you are there and purchasing. As it's the soft opening they also have an additional 20% off taking place on all items and are giving out free snacks in the front. The only paid point here is the parking lot. It wraps around the back which is helpful but it's not nearly enough parking for the amount of customers they seem to be getting.

She already had a rack of clothes for me based off my questionnaire of what I needed for my closet. She shows you each item and shows all the different ways you can mix and match. I purchased majority of the items they selected for me. I just got my order in from them- obsessed with my new items is an understatement! I did a fashion show to my husband on each item and showed him the mix and matching Wendy showed. Everything was amazing quality! Excited to get ready tomorrow with my new pieces. So if you see something that you love, get it - because cute things fly out the door and then are gone! They even have layaway here. I've also known the owner for years - she is a kind, respectable person who truly cares about her customers. However, over the past year or two, I've noticed a decline in customer service. There are a few sales associates whose approach often makes shopping uncomfortable. They seem eager to help younger women or those who fit the mold of a certain aesthetic, but if you don't, the experience changes. Instead of showing flattering pieces that could accentuate your positives, they tend to pull oversized items - with more of an appeasing "let's cover you up" attitude rather than talking to you positively about what could look good on you. Even when I share my preferences and typical size, I'm often presented with clothing that feels mismatched to what I've expressed I like. At this point, it feels less like a mistake and more like inexperience or a lack of understanding of how to style different body types. Additionally, hiring only sales staff who look and act "trendy" misses the mark when it comes to connecting with the broader demographic of women who should be embraced and celebrated as valued customers. It's too bad, because the clothes themselves are cute - but the experience has become so unpleasant that I will be taking this place off my list of places to shop.
