The parking lot was packed. We were waiting for people to leave to get a spot. When we left there were several spots open in the back right side. If I recall correctly they have bathrooms, but you need the code. The line..... was to the back of the store. Extra long. They had most of the registers open so it kept moving, but it was long. It's always long, not like this. That is one thing I dislike about the store is the lines. They used to have remote checkouts. They would have kiosks throughout the store where you can check out on your own or with the help of an associate, but they don't have that anymore. Selection- We were here looking for clothing for our teenage nephews. We found two tops for one. Lucky and Quicksilver. Both really nice and after opening it on Christmas we learned that he approved. For the other nephew we got him pants. We picked out a nice pair of Addis sweatpants and he really liked it and they actually fit. The size smalls aren't all the same. He's got a tiny waist so it's hard to find him pants. Those Addis ones were the right side and fashionable. There was so much more we could have shopped for, but with the line to the back of the store we had to keep going and get out of there. I really liked there selection of clothing. I still find them pricy at times, but you can find really good deals too. The issue I have is most of the clothing is made for the Rack. They aren't discontinued or discounted regular Nordstroms clothing so you are getting what you pay for. And if you're ok with that then this is the store for you. I've gotten some really nice pieces here and so has my husband. I'd come back, but only when I had more time and it's not during the holiday rush.

Went here and found two good options - I was very impressed at that selection. Shopping in the area through Covid had become almost unpleasant at some points in time - I'm glad to see all that is over with at least at this store. I just went in for a quick purchase - but I will be back for more soon. When it came our turn, he just stared at us as we opened the door ourselves knowing very well that he just treated the 5 people ahead of us better by greeting them and opening the door for them -- not sure if it was due to race or what. But if you're going to be so blatant about unequal treatment, customer service roles aren't for you. I'm not sure what that was all about, but that was very odd to me. Our female cashier was fine and friendly, but the male staffer just stood there at the front while there were several people in line instead of helping to check people out. This reminds me when I first tried to come here, it was opening time and I kept pulling at the door as a staffer just stood there near the cashier not acknowledging the locked doors despite the fact that it was almost 45 minutes after opening time. This wouldn't be my first pick place for shoes due to the lack of good customer service the last couple of times I've been here. There are of plenty of other places who will treat customers better than I've been treated here.

I showed her the price from 3 competitors and Amazon and said I was willing to pay $40 ( Tax included ) since i was already there and she said no. I know it's a mom n pop shop and they are trying to make a profit and I support independently owned/ small businesses. I understand maybe a $5-$7 mark up but $20? That's insane.
