Who allows damaged/spoiled/inedible food products to be sold?! I have provided my feedback every time this occurs but nothing improves. I will not be renewing my membership. I had one last bad experience this evening. Placed an order for children's allergy meds and a few other produce items for making salads, then was told of a substitution which I didn't approve of. Then as my delivery time frame window was closing I received a message saying that my order was delayed an additional hour and 20 minutes, (would have been after 9:15 pm arrival). I was irritated and in need of the medication so I cancelled the order.
