I love here and highly recommend to shop this place. Wonderful customer services. when I stayed till closing, manager asked to leave and she was very polite. if you plan to go there, you should be there at least hr earlier. All the workers are nice no bad attitudes. Enjoy shopping!!

Overall I like this Marshalls ... I've chosen to do a review because of one of the ladies that works there (possibly a manager) . Yesterday she was there while I was standing in line and I decided to look at her name tag (Sheila P.)! On the few occasions that I've seen her in the store she's always the same - pleasant, advertising the store credit card and seemingly enjoying her job. I tend to notice things like this because a lot of time it isn't the norm in my NYC retail experience. I try not to limit my reviews to my bad experiences but also the good. This store has a good assortment of clothing, toys, beauty and handbags. There aren't a lot of shoes and the bath and bedroom stuff is lacking but it's not some huge department store so it's understandable. Prices are fair and what you expect of Marshalls in general.

When you walk into a Marshall's it can be a hit or a miss. They sell a variety of brand names at discounted prices; clothing, bedding, and home goods. Like fishing for a deal, but depending on what they have in stock and how it's organized, you might go home empty. But when you do find something you want at a good price, deals can be found at this place, but remember..no guarantees.

Whoa, two words: big mess. Holidays 2012 fends a mess of stock in a complete disarray state. I was never a fan of Marshall's, a discounted department store in Chelsea District that carries some designer brand names as browsing through enables one to sustain a big fat headache and loss of time for great frustration. Indeed, as per Phil H., it is hit or miss. Patience and time are big factors to finding something to one's interest with regards to size, color, style and price. Staff are chatting mode among peers/ co-workers or updating their every waking status on FB or Twitter to burn the clock rather than actually working. Ergo, customer service is nonexistent. Crowded during the peak hours of the day in the Chelsea area as patrons are on their lunch break. This space is shared with Bed, Bath & Beyond in the upper level.

    Need a clothes steamer?

If your question is whether or not Marshalls carry a clothes steamer, I'm not sure but If Marshalls doesn't carry one, try Bed Bath & Beyond. I believe it's located in the same building with Marshalls & T.J. Maxx

She gave me excellent recommendations, helped me put together the perfect combinations, and even taught me a few things that I'll definitely carry into my makeup routine moving forward. What stood out most was her patience and professionalism. Even in such a busy store, while working alone, she managed multiple customers flawlessly and with ease. It was honestly impressive and beautiful to watch her handle everything so smoothly without ever making anyone feel rushed. On top of that, she made sure to tell me about current promotions, which helped me save tremendously. I ended up purchasing all of her recommendations and couldn't be happier. Jeri made my shopping experience exceptional, and I will absolutely return to see her again for future purchases. Highly recommend! RR (Aruba lady)

Very close to all the train routes. Shelves are stocked and neatly organized for the most part. This spot is supposedly smaller than other locations in the city. But that's okay, at least I didn't see anything like toys lying on the floor. No kids running around. Clean aisles + brightly lit area + decently spacious to walk around on your own. Surprised to see some Squishmallows peeking out in between other plushies. So, I was trying to reach for the ones from the top shelf. Staff from afar saw me struggling to reach but didn't offer any help + kept looking on and went back to chatting/joking with a coworker. This was around 9:30pm on a Sunday evening. I guess just a minor hiccup there, I will let it pass. Customers can find a limited yet decent selection of things like electronics, groceries, beauty and skincare/makeup, hygiene related products etc in each of their specific sections/aisles. The designs on greeting cards looked lovely. Some things were on sale like cat food - $10 for 12 cans. You just gotta stroll around to find out. It's convenient to have a Target in Midtown/next to the major train lines. Maybe I will stop by again, hopefully the service from employees will be better next time.

I walked into a space that covers a lot of ground, from snacks and drinks to beauty products, home goods, and collectibles, and the density of what is on display makes it easy to spend more time browsing than I planned. The snack selection is the strongest draw and covers an impressive range. I saw Asian versions of familiar American snacks sitting alongside Japanese and Korean originals, and the drink section downstairs is broad enough that finding something I have not tried before is a near certainty. The variety of drinks, many with anime or character branding, reflects a buying approach that goes beyond the standard convenience store selection. The beauty and skincare section upstairs is well stocked with Korean and Japanese brands that are not widely available at American drugstores. I browsed through everything from face wash to sheet masks and specialty treatments, and the prices are competitive for imported products of this type. Blind boxes occupy their own significant section, and the selection across different series is one of the better in the city, with reasonable pricing relative to what the same items cost at specialty toy stores. Home goods, toys, collectibles, and kawaii accessories fill the remaining floor space. For a one stop shop for Korean and Japanese lifestyle goods, snacks, and beauty products in Koreatown, TESO Life delivers a broad and browsable experience that rewards repeat visits.
