What stood out most was her patience and professionalism. Even in such a busy store, while working alone, she managed multiple customers flawlessly and with ease. Americans are still getting bigger despite ozempic and are here to stay. Nordstrom has already done away with their plus size section in store and Macy's was one of the few places left to shop in person. The downside is that the dressing rooms don't have a seat inside and due to a knee injury i had to wait a long time for the only stall to become available. The dressing room area is extremely busy and the staff appeared overwhelm with the consumption of clothes left behind by customers. The space in the store is good, nothing appears cluttered or scattered and the floors are kept clean. Needed to use the restroom and that is also an area that only has one per gender and the lines become a bit much. Due to the restrooms overuse it definitely requires additional cleaning to maintain it clean and stocked with toiletries. Overall ok experience, I was not asked if I needed assistance by a staff member.

I was shopping for myself, so I stayed in menswear, on the lower level and Ruthie helped me. She got me a great jacket from Peter Millar, a nice polo from Burberry, and a couple other small things.
