Reviewing again because I've had a whole year of the best nails of my life. I see Kristy. Nails are like hair ~ find who you love and never leave them!! You can't hop around and expect to love it every time.

I decided to give this place another try, but after my experience today I will never be returning. For one, the website is not very clear on pricing when it comes to adding any designs, length, or even the cost for removal of previous acrylic. In other words, neither do they give you any notice upon arriving, how much services may cost based on how your nails look prior to coming in person. Very very overpriced for the design that didnt even include any heavy gems or other special effects. I'm just very disappointed and I hope any one reading this will consider another nail salon before this one.

After 1 day every nail has been chipped.

My manicure was completely chipped less than 24 hours later. I think they do it on purpose to make people want no chip. No thank you. Will not return.

Thank you Mason for letting me know about your new policy for Dip & No-Chip manicure. This was my dip manicure started lifting after a week. He stated they're not responsible for lifting or chipping after 7 days.

Just moved to the area and was looking for a new nail salon. Marshall's was just around the corner in the Marianos lot. I read Yelp reviews before going in and requested Henry. Great decision, he was amazing! (Kelly gave a stellar pedicure, too!) Henry totally understood what I wanted and delivered. I will say he humbly said Mason and the other male nail tech "taught him everything he knows". Well, cheers on them! The cool thing about this salon is that they have exact matching colors across dip, no-chip and regular polish. So if you pick dip 309, the pedicure tech can match it with regular polish 309. I dig it! I've found my new home. Deluxe pedi and dip nails = $85...pricing isn't super transparent here, just know it's higher end and you get what you pay for.

I usually dont do negative reviews. But my experience at Marshall's nail salon was horrendous. I came here and brought family as well. But If I could give this place negative ten stars I would. I went in for a gel pedicure. I needed 2 acrylics on my big toes. The guy at the front had an attitude. Then he gave me what look like his grand mother to do my nails. Anyway she started out ok with the water warming my toes and the salts. But she didnt file my toe nails , was sloppy with putting warm towel on my legs, and quickly began painting them which looked like my 3 year old nephew could have done. I quickly told her there is no way Im paying for that. My feet looked bad when I walked in but she made them look worse. I can't make this sh$^& up. I still paid because I felt bad for the lady. But I told the guy at the front I will never come back. You dont treat loyal customers like that. They lost my business and I hope you will read this and go elsewhere. This place suuuucckkss!!!! I had been disappointed before and gave them another chance. No more. Better to go to ukrainians who do dry manis and pedis.

I used to love coming here! Until recently, when I came in for a Mani Pedi. When doing my pedicure, he was really digging into my toe, and it was pretty painful and swollen for a couple days. I went in on Saturday, and on Tuesday I noticed that the side of my toe was bloody and had yellow pus coming out of it. I had to go to the doctor to get it looked at, and they said that it was an infected ingrown toenail, and they had to cut out the right side of my toenail and drain the infection. I wish this was not something that happened, because it's such a good place, and my manicure was perfect. But I will not be coming back for a pedicure

Absolutely horrible! My daughter came in to get her nails done. She got acrylic nails and wanted a design on them. The design was discussed and agree upon. The nail person was unable to do the design (that she said she could do) and removed it after a couple nails (when my daughter and worker noticed how bad it looked). Upon checking out they tried to charge her $88 for the service, which included a charge for the design. My daughter said she didn't get a design, it was not done right and removed. They got loud with her and aggressive! She ended up paying them $75 for just the acrylic (if her mom or I were there we wouldn't have given them a cent). Now, that isn't even the worst part. Look at the pictures and see how they had her leave the store. Glue all over her fingers. What is this crap? Complete nonsense! Do NOT go here.

Loved my experience here! It's hard to find a good nail shop with talented artists that also treat you well. But look no further because Marshall's is theeee place! My appointment was at 9:30a and I was greeted by a friendly Man who checked me in and I was seated on my chair right away (say whaaaa?!) the salon is big and clean which is a plus for me! My toes have been through it and they took great care and brought them back to life. My nail tech Paris was awesome!! She got my nail design perfectly and was so nice and patient (I had to step away mid-acrylic application to take a client call and she was so understanding I seriously appreciate her). Only note I have is that I was there for 3h but anticipated 2. I think it's because my nail tech took another client while I was waiting for my toes to dry so it set us about about 40min. Also prices for nails aren't as transparent. There were 3 charges of $5 for length & design (x2) which I expected but wish was explained more. If you want overall great service and to leave with cute ass nails, come here!!

This is what I asked for in the green and white color.

I been a customer since 2018. Always recieved great customer service. But today they made me very very mad. I came in with a pinkish color no chip on my nail and asked for a fill with a design. I get seated and immediately she starts drilling the polish off leaving some of the pink on. She gets up and comes back with pink powder ab I ut to do my fill and I had to stop her and advise I have clear acrylic on my nails not pink. She insisted we do pink powder and I had to tell her no don't put pink powder on top of my clear acrylic. She then says oh okay you have clear and I say yes you need to take the pink no chip off in order to see the pink acrylic. I show her picture of what I wanted and she proceeds to do what she wants by coloring my full nail. I then stop her and say no that's not whaT I want Nd showed the picture again. Finally the manger comes over and i show him what i want and be moves me to another chair. This lady looks at yhe picture and says you want same? I replied same design just different colors. For 1 min i thought okay she gone do good job. But to my surprise nope... she did not. When time to pay they tried to charge me 75$ for something that looked nothing like the picture and then told me because i had pink powder which i did not, the length of my nails, which i never know the charge extra for length. Btw my lebght is a short stelloto. And then no chip cost 75$. Now i am pissed because not only did i not get the design i want but why I am pay the same damn price i paid when i came back in December when i got the original FULL SET WITH THE PINK NO CHIP POLISH THAT THEY DID! So confused when I thought a fill was cheaper then a full . Please make it make sense!!! Safe to say I will not be going back hear after a long off and on again 6 yr relationship. You have to do better when ppl are spending their money. Customer service is important and should be appreciated. Im not saying we always right as customers but use active listening skills so we can work together. Now i have to find time to go pay someone else to repaint my nails beacuse i refuse to walk around like this any longer then i need to.

Now that ive been here a handful of times, i think its safe to say this is my go to nail salon. Everyone that has ever given me a manicure or pedicure has been wonderful and consistent every time. They are also very friendly and make my experience enjoyable. The chairs are comfortable here and they also give you complementary water while you have a service done. read more

This is day 6 of my no chip... almost every finger is chipped. By day two they were already chipped. I paid 80$ for my nails and toes and I am not happy at all. I have been here multiple times and this will be my last time read more

My no-chip is so pretty! (See picture: pink & gold) Trina, I hope I got her name right, was friendly and approachable. She put a lot of effort in making sure my nails were how I wanted it. I didn't feel rushed at all. & I usually don't get manicures because the places I go to are usually very full and the service is not good enough for me to go back. I'm very picky. Trust me when I say they have excellent service. BTW - the interior of the nail salon looks elegant and clean. Loved it! read more

Went here last night with my mom and daughter, the staff was friendly and professional. I am very particular about the places I get my nails done this nail salon is very clean and the atmosphere is relaxing! I've been to a few nail places and none of them compare to the warmth and kindness that these workers give to their customers. They take care of everyone that comes in the shop and fill their needs. I would NEVER recommend this place. I should've taken heed from the previous warnings that this salon sucks. I called to ask how much for an acrylic fill & was told $17. A short time later, I walked in and the lady did my fill as if she was in a hurry. No lotion, no hot towel or massage. Only a hurried smile. When I went to pay, she tells me the total amount due is $25. I was pretty surprised but I was thinking, ok-the fill doesn't look too bad. So, I reluctantly gave her my credit card. I gave her a cash tip & left. I found out 2 days later, they've charged my credit card $30. I called & spoke to the manager Kim, only to be called a liar and then she had the nerve to hang up on me. When I called back, they wouldn't answer. Customers BEWARE! Thank goodness there are far better salons than this place. read more

This is the best nail place that I've found with the best nail technicians. I've been going here for about 4 years. Kim and her staff are talented, professional, and know exactly what they're doing. Even after I've moved, I still drive 30+ minutes to get my nails done by them. The picture I've included is no chip. My no chip done from Marshall's always lasts 2 weeks, maybe even a few days extra. The dip is the best and lasts up to 4 weeks or more. They are very polite and will always try to accommodate you when they can. Go see them! You won't be disappointed. They are also being VERY safe and clean with COVID precautions. Masks, temperature checks, plexiglass glass, and social distancing. read more

My friend referred me to Marshalls Nails and ever since the first time I went I will never go anywhere else! It is also very close to 90 and super convenient so that is a plus for far travelers! They are always busy which is a GOOD sign! If you go to a place with no wait, especially in the summer time, you need to question that place haha! I go to Andy every time, he is quick and does amazing work which I love since I am always on the go! Every single person that works there is so friendly and I always watch the other nail techs working and, I swear, everyone does an amazing job! This is the only place where if my nail tech wasn't available, I would feel comfortable going to someone else in the facility. It's been a process for me to find an amazing nail salon that cares for me and my nails the way that the employees at Marshall's Nails do and I am so glad I found them! I've been going to this Salon since it opened. The quality has gone way down hill. They make appointments and then still make you wait because they take walk-ins, which is nice, but they don't plan accordingly. I visited this weekend and spent an obscene amount of money for 3 of us and my water was barely warm. It had been sitting there for God knows how long. They stopped using bags on their tubs which is nasty. The lady that did my pedicure cut my toe and now it's sore and infected. She barely rubbed my feet and the paint was awful. My 6 year old could have done better. The lady who did my powder dip was rude. She didn't want to listen to any of my requests, just did what she wanted and my daughters nails were not applied straight. I'll never go back again. read more

This is my favorite nail salon. I haven't been in months, due to budget and then the pandemic, but when I feel comfortable I will be coming right back! I was going consistently for months. I always request B for my nails. He is amazing. He takes his time and is a perfectionist. I'm not someone who enjoys getting my nails done, but I go here because he does a great job, the shop is clean, the people are nice and I've never had a bad experience. This was going to be my first time getting powder-dipped nails. The tech took a file from a tray piled high with tools including a cuticle nipper with someone else's cuticles still on them. She didn't have me scrub my nails or trim my cuticles before doing it. She was going to have me dip into powder without ensuring that my hands were clean! That this was standard procedure freaked me, so I aborted the procedure. read more

This place is special! They not only give you spa treatment for very reasonable prices, they also remember who you are and try ALWAYS to fit you in and not make you come back. I have to admit, I was there over the weekend and overheard another customer who called to complain and literally verbally abused the girls there and demanded her money back. She did not say the service was bad, just that she wanted her money back. I was appalled and could not believe this customer. Marshalls is a very professional business and always has the customer in mind. They are very clean and neat. You don't leave unless you are 100% satisfied. Love this place. read more

Let me start by saying that I am VERY picky about my nails. They break easily, so I like a very thin, natural-looking, acrylic overlay. I went in for a fill-in. The last salon botched my nails, but Marshalls was able to work a miracle. I wish I had taken a before and after photo. The nail tech listened to what I wanted and made sure to give me exactly what I asked for. Everyone was very friendly. They had a nice selection of nail polishes. The salon was very clean and the prices are reasonable. I'm new to the area and Marshalls will be my nail salon home!!!! read more

First time for a pedicure and I loved it! Staff was nice and friendly. We went as a group but due to the amount of people present, they weren't able to accommodate us all even with an appointment made. Massage was nice and relaxing. I had a somewhat new person so mine so when I asked for a French manicure, she had to ask someone else. Overall, nails looked great for my wedding day and even after a week or so, it's still good. read more

Very clean place with friendly staff! Came on a Tuesday afternoon and made an appointment. Very happy with my service, Trina is great! The other staff members were very friendly and talkative as well. They have a special during the week for a $25 pedicure so very affordable as well! My feet look great! The is the nicest nail salon I've ever been to. I got no chip manicure, pedicure, and eyebrow wax all done by Kim. Kim took very good care of me! She always shapes my nails just right and always adds her own touch of style when making my nail designs. She always makes sure everything is perfect. I felt very pampered when she took care of me. She took her time with foot, hand, back massage and put on my shoes and coat when I was done. You can't ask for better service! read more

I've been coming here for the past few months, and this past appointment I got the young boy to do my nails. I was giving him benefit of the doubt. Well he completely ruined my manicure. I asked him to file them down a little and he went way to short to where you can't even see my nail over my finger on some nails. They are so uneven and the nails he went way to short on hurts. I will definitely next time make sure I'm name specific when making another appointment. I like the salon and the people but this experience was horrible. read more

I have been here for a year..they always gave me the great job with a friendly conversation.. I usual got the deluxe pedicure and regular med .. they alway take their time to take care for each customer out of the nails salon with a smile on Customer's face even they busy or not.. I high recommend for this place .. never disappoints or waste your time or your money if u choose here for relaxing read more

Great salon! Rose is both wonderful and talented. She stayed late just to accommodate my schedule with work and her no-chip manicure is absolutely gorgeous! There was another lady that was taking care of my daughter's manicure, I did not catch her name but she was lovely too. She was super friendly with my 8 year old and not only painted but she glittered and decorated her nails too, it was really a terrific experience. I have been a client in a few salons but will never go elsewhere again. Highly recommend. read more

If you're looking to get pampered, and are sick of all these other nail places that don't deliver - this is definitely the place to go!! The ambiance is very relaxing, and the decor is beautifully done. I had Quan for my pedicure and Tammy for my no-chip manicure. They were both very friendly and gave excellent lengthy massages! They also helped me pick out my colors (great selection as well), and did a great job with polish application. There isn't anything I would change about this place, and my only regret is not having more cash on me to tip them extra. read more

The staff does meticulous work and takes their time. The work is consistently 5 star but I'm taking off 2 stars for the following reasons: The constant yelling back and forth by the staff. I can't even hear the TV let alone relax. In addition I always schedule my appointments with a specific tech and more often than not I have to wait because they take walk ins and ignore scheduled appointments. read more

I love this place. They always remember my name and I don't even go that often. Very nice and clean salon. They always do a great job and give the best leg massages. Probably my favorite nail salon in my 15 years of getting pedicures. And there is a laundry mat and a NTB in the same strip so you can get your nails done while you get an oil change or do laundry! read more

My new favorite nail salon. Kim does an amazing job with gel nails and no chip. She is a perfectionist, and the attention to detail means that you leave with strong, beautiful nails that don't lift, chip or break easily. She is an artist, very professional, and will listen to exactly what you are requesting. All this, and she is kind and patient. The rest of the staff are lovely too. The salon itself is beautiful, very clean and comfortable, and very well lit, unlike some of the other local places. This is THE place to go. read more

I came in after calling my regular nail salon to see if I can be squeezed in for a full set and no chip. My normal salon said they were really busy at the moment but they offered to do my nails before they close because I've been going to them for 7 years now. I told them not to worry about it that I would find a salon that could fit me in then because of my schedule this week. Now I have a full set that was done pretty well except for the fact that several of my cuticles were cut. The no chip I picked out was really pretty, only three of my nails started peeling as soon as I got home after my doctors appointment. They peeled so bad and looked horrible that I just filed off the color completely for my regular salon to fix. A girl came in with the same problem while I was getting my nails done, her no chip had "melted" and they had to fix it. For $55 for a no chip full set I expect a lot better quality considering I spend less with my normal guys. Now I have to go around with unpainted nails because they're all starting to look horrible and I haven't even done anything to make the polish chip. No wonder this place was empty when I got there. Update: I went back to get a refund after calling and talking to the manager BECAUSE MY NAIL GOT INFECTED. I was told that they wouldn't refund my $55 for the full set no chip because the service is only $50. So not only was I overcharged, I was only refunded $50 which didn't include THE $10 TIP I GAVE THE GIRL. It also didn't cover the $35 copay I had for immediate care for the antibiotics I needed and the tetanus shot I had to get as well or the payment for the antibiotic prescription and the bandages I had to buy to keep my nail clean while I work. So in all of about $100 I spent I was only given $50 back and was told that instead of that she could give me a gift card to come back for a free service. No. No way this place is ever getting my money again. I attached photos of both of my thumbs one was cut in the front, the other at my cuticle. read more

The owner, Jessica did my nails but this was the second time I got my nails done from her and she acts like she is too good to even do your nails or would ask me to come back later it was very rude. And then I was convinced to get a pedicure, even though I requested for Jessica, she didn't want to do them saying she has a medical condition and told Victor to do it. But at the same time while I was getting a pedicure, she decided to give herself one while she was watching tv and eating her snack which was totally unprofessional. I got my pedicure by Victor, who was nice but he permanently messed up my toenails. He filed my toenails too hard to the point my skin was peeling and it hurt so bad but I honestly didn't even want to complain because I have been in customer service and I was thinking I don't want to get him in trouble. I even tipped both of them well. My flight was literally the next day but on my trip my toenails were hurting so bad; I thought the pain would go away but it progressed to the point that after 3 months it felt like my nail was growing backwards (it hadn't grown at all). I went through horrible pain where I could barely walk for momths, to the point I had to ultimately remove my toenail. I called the salon multiple times and explained what happened, and emailed this salon 3 times sending them an itemized bill from my podiatrist. They never responded and they blocked my phone number. In the past year, I have spent over $700 to undo the damaged they caused and instead of taking accountability or at the very least apologize for their actions they decided to block my number and never responded to any of my emails. I told them I'd sue them but I spoke to several lawyers who told me it would be more expensive to take them to court and not worth it. I hope I can spare anyone reading this the pain, suffering, and financial damages that I have gone through from perfectly healthy nails to the point I can never wear opened toed shoes. The people running this place are unprofessional, lack integrity, and are just indespicable human beings. All of this and they couldn't even refund me what I spent, they didn't offer to pay any of the necessary medical procedures I had to get, but they couldn't even at the very least apologize or take accountability. Pathetic. My nails after almost a year are now growing back black, have holes in them and are not even the same shape as they used to be. I feel like crying every time I look at them, this salon is just so horrible I wish I never went here.

I have had a few No Chip manicures and two pedicures here and have been very satisfied with the friendly service and beautiful look of my nails when done.
