As these places go not too bad. Reasonable selection, fair prices. Pretty well kept up and clean with good staff. On the downside it is too crowded so no room to move a cart, merchandise crammed into every nook and cranney. Also lots of multiple displays of soap and bath products. Fragrence everywhere you turn. Shoe selection non-existant in size 11 for women. Not too good at size 10 either. Usually go here for home decor and seasonal items. Scored on towels for guest bathroom today. read more

This is a good Marshalls store. Looks much nicer since their much needed remodeling. Unfortunately, the men's bathroom needs work. I'm glad they finally switched to a jet air hand dryer, instead of leaving it without paper towels for days. Now they just need to work on cleaning it so it doesn't look like a gas station restroom. read more

This Marshall's has a great selection of items but you definitely have to come frequently before they run out of sizes. They have a lot of past season items for cheap that are trendy and cute! If you go towards the night time there can be longer lines. It is located next to the trader joes, very convenient! read more

I come here whenever I shop at Trader Joes (next door) Good deals all the time, some times finding things unexpected..example wet suit, workout gloves, snacks.... Place can be a little messy due to many customers walk in and out but I guess that's the whole bargain hunting experience. read more

Y'know you can't go wrong with Marshall's, and here's why: 1. No matter what emotional state you're in, you'll have a relaxing time here, even IF you don't buy a thing! 2. They've recently rearranged the store, and there's a large shoe section, like a mini-DSW setup (no racks like ROSS - sorry ROSS). 3. The bags are always my downfall, so I always walk by with my hands over my ears, so I don't hear them talking to me ('Hi June! You're looking might lovely today. (Whistle) Wanna see my price tag?). It's like being harassed by construction workers, but WORSE. 4. It's right next door to a Trader Joe's, so you can kill two birds with one stone, errand-wise. 5. It's about 3 doors down from a little Forever 21 wannabe store, where everyone knows these stores are the best to get staples like tank tops ($4-$5 each) and snug tees. Cheap shopping. Great prices. Hot mess. Marshall's is one of my GO TO places for cheap and good finds! They have everything here from clothing, pet toys/treats, furniture, and even snacks! You really never know what you are going to find here which is what makes it fun! CLOTHING - If expensive things at cheap prices is your thing, you can find some high end stuff here such as D&G, Versace, Diesel, Marc Jacobs, and other luxury brands for both males and females. Many times you can even find these items in the clearance racks so DON'T forget to check there! Make sure you double check for any snags or damage on the clothes because sometimes that can become an unpleasant surprise. Expect to find anywhere from 25 to 75 percent off retail! SHOES - Shoes here are priced decently for what they are. They do have random low and high end brands such as Penguin, Vans, Nine West, Nike, Adidas, and others. Only issue is the limited sizes that they have available. Make sure you check the clearance rack here too because it can be up to 75% off! SNACKS - Probably one of my favorite parts of the store. The snacks they have here range from very healthy to extremely unhealthy. The prices are pretty good especially if you want something that is more healthy. I've seen some of the snacks here sold in markets such as Whole Foods/Vons and will typically cost 40 to 50 percent more. My favorite are the Crunchy Coated Premium Black Edamame.. It's like crack! I have been coming to this Marshall's since I was very young. I used to frequent it when I lived in the area and even when I return home for visits, I find myself perusing the aisles with my family from time to time. Service is standard, but what I like about this location is that they have a lot of inventory to choose from. Their shoes are organized well and they have lots of sizes and styles to choose from. Their accessory, shoe and home departments are my favorite. The clothing selection leaves a little bit to be desired, so I usually shop elsewhere for that. I've gone mad for shoes and not only did I just buy two pairs of shoes from Mervyn's in the same shopping center, I bought another two pairs here this past weekend. You would have to have the patience of a saint though to wait in their long line. They recently redid the cash registers but I don't know if it's moving quicker or just fooling you that it is moving at all. There's some electronic voice that tells you which register is available. Very modern. This past weekend, I got Naturalizer and Steve Madden shoes for $25 a pair which is a very good deal. However, the rest of the store is like crap. But I do find some cool handbags and shoes here on occasion. I wouldn't bother with the rest of the store. The cookware selection is pitiful and unless you're a committed spinster, the lingerie is ghastly. read more

I was a little scared to walk in here. My first visit was a week before Christmas. The line was to the other end of the store and it was a hot mess up in there. I turned on my heel and left. Not today, bitches! But this time, I was pleasantly surprised! The store was neatly organized, even the clearance racks! My only complaint was that I looked at several different Dutch ovens and covered casserole dishes. Not one of them had a price tag, price sign or box. Boo! This is the best Marshall's I've been to. It's cleaner than the other locations around this area. It has more stuff. The staff are friendlier than the one in pasadena. (omg the one in pasadena, which i'm about to review later) If you are getting broke and still feel like shopping, this would be the place to go. Coz what can you get from Ross these days? nothing. But still, it's a Marshalls. Its cheap stuff. But I always end up finding something from this store. This time I got a pair of Michael Kors jeans for 30 bucks. not bad at all. This location also has a bigger shoe section than the one in Pasadena. So if you need cheap pair of decent shoes this would be the place to go. Again the customer service is a bit better than the one in Pasadena or your average discount store. read more

Ok so I have never been to a Marshalls before I stepped into this one last November. Ok why did I not know that they actually sell high end shoes here? I was looking at their shoe section and I found a pair of last seasons Prada Purple Suede Pumps on clearance! I ended up purchasing some great Xmas gifts: Ugg boots, LAMB stilettos and a pair of Via Spiga Riding boots. I did not even look thru the rest of the store as I pretty much had all the gifts I needed. So I can't comment on the rest of the store. Bottom line-I don't know if their shoe selection is always this stellar but its worth a try to stop in and check them out. read more

This place is a good Marshalls. I went around 8 o'clock a night, the entrance is poorly lit in the front but the surrounding businesses are active places so you do not feel threatened at all. The prices here were very good, and the store was kept very clean (that would typically get 5 stars alone) but unfortunately the selection was lacking. Ultimately I did find clothes that I purchased but not exactly what I was looking for personally. Overall great store, I will probably go again but we will see in the future. read more

I had some time to kill and decided to walk this Marshall, a huge well organised and neat store. It had beautiful decoration pieces and well organised clothing aisle. Lots of shoes priced well below the market price. Since I did not have too much time for a through exploration I will have to return later. Was pleasantly pleased at their Monrovia location when a clerk very attentively assisted me in finding Christmas cards, after futile attempts at Walgreens and Ross for some reasonably-priced seasonables. The selection of women's clothing was so-so but the stellar customer service more than made up for that. Besides, my favorite shop Kohls, is just meters away in the same shopping center. read more

I'm not writing a review for what the store has to offer , cause this Marshall's just like any other has it All , Michael Kors , BCBG , Steve Madden ... Etc . You name it !!! I tend to shop at this Marshall's very frequently since it's only about a block away from my where I live. I shop here for everything and everyone ! About a week ago my husband and I purchased some Calvin Klein jeans , when we got home , we noticed that the jeans had some pen stains on them on the very bottom ! He had already taken off the tags after he tried them on . I immediately told him to take the pants off , and that we would return them for an exchange ASAP . The following morning , I went to the store with the receipt & explained in detail what had happened . The manager told the cashier not to honor my exchange because the pants looked as if they had been worn . And that their products Don't have damage ! FALSE !!! I did not want to argue so I took off ! To another Marshall's and looked at more of their Calvin Klein pants ! They all had some sort of defect ! Thank God they honored it at another Marshall's about an hour away from where I live ! I mean when you see that products come with defects you should honor it and not assume wrongfully ! This manager to my opinion should get fired !!! I am a loyal costumer to this store ! But it's what workers do that make you not want to go back !! I looked online and Obviously I'm not the only customer they have done this to. This manager was Hispanic . I don't recall her name ! I'm Starting off by saying the Pasadena location has a much better selection. However the store does have decent clothes and pretty good deals. This review is overdue. I've been shopping here for YEARS! On Father's Day, I was looking for a last min gift as usual I stopped by Marshalls- my go to. I was almost 6 months pregnant at the time when I found the coolest American Flag Corn Hole lawn game for my dad. I couldn't pick it up it was far too heavy, so I literally dragged it up to the register. The manager, a really nice guy, I WISH I remembered his name.. waited for me to finish my purchase and carried the box all the way to my car. Loaded it into my trunk and sent me on the way! I have been a loyal Marshall's customer for well over 5 years. I appreciate the great variety and value that this store always delivers. Unfortunately, this evening I had one of the worst shopping experiences ever. While attempting to return items that I purchased at your store only two days ago, Sergio M. (the on-duty manager) and Olga N. (Sales Associate) were both disrespectful, assuming and downright rude. They did not thoroughly check my receipt against the items I was attempting to return and instead incorrectly denied my claim. When I provided additional details about the return items, the manager immediately began to argue with me and in fact raised his voice as he put blame on me in front of several other customers. The return items were clearly on the original receipt and unused, yet both the manager and sales associate were obnoxiously, unhelpful in processing the return. Needless to say, this situation was handled very poorly and I was extremely disappointed with the customer service I received from a Marshall's sales associate and even more alarming the on-duty manager. I truly enjoy shopping at Marshall's but unfortunately, this experience has left me with a negative impression and I will be hesitant to shop here again in the future. I hope that this situation is addressed before other customers are exposed to this unacceptable level of service. read more

I Usually Come to this Marshalls, it's always busy and the have good clothes for the most part, When I came about 2 or 3 weeks ago I waited in the long line and it was not busy in the store but there was just a long line to pay. I don't know if I got that stupid cashier at a bad time but she had the absolute biggest attitude because I wanted to exchange my 2 items for other items. She was just a big grump for some reason i do exchanges at TJ Maxx, Burlington ETC Just fine without a problem. Her name was Paulina, And after that I thought what did I do?
