My favorite place in the mall is the Hello Pottery and the bakery upstairs near the Gap. The massage people upstairs could do a little better but I guess because I'm pregnant they didn't want to put too much pressure on me. I felt like they rushed my massage at Diamond massage since it was close to closing time. I have yet to see the entire mall but I loved one of their Korean skincare stores I got a few items, the old navy is nice, Nordstrom employees helped me and told me about my bag that I got how to care for it, the Din tai fung was my first time going and nice. I still want to explore the rest :) especially the market downstairs

From the promenade being added to new stores opening and closing. I will say out of all the malls around the area, this mall has lasted through the decline of shopping IRL. Perhaps it's the activations they've added like the LNY stuff, or maybe the fact that they're adding new restaurants and concepts, but somehow this mall has stayed open while others have sadly closed. Still, this is a mall I'd keep coming back to for some quick shopping.

We came to enjoy the kids club, it's held around the center between the stores around the playground outside. The event is free and doesn't cost you to attend! It was a really hot day so luckily there were tents out for some shade. They also offered free water and lemonade (courtesy from vendors around) and a raffle at the end if you register during the event. There's a pond fountain containing goldfish and turtles which is fun to watch and have the kids watch as well. When you're hungry or bored, there's plenty of shops around the area to explore as get something to eat and drink. The best places would probably be the food court since it has the most variety of restaurants but there's also nearby restaurants such as noodles, hot pot, kbbq, and meet fresh with sweets and beverages. Restrooms at the promenade are family based and gendered, located behind California pizza kitchen.

It's near the elevator entrance of the ground level parking, usually it's hard to find a spot during weekends. Tons of parking available. They have some fun shops and great eateries such as Trader Joe's, Kohl's, Panera Bread, Ike's (by the way, they just opened 3 months ago), Chase Bank, and so much more. From the main street of Huntington Drive, it doesn't seem that huge... maybe it's because the shops are deep in and not closer to the street... who knows. Now that Ike's is here, I'll be visiting it more often when I'm in the Arcadia area. This shopping center is actually located in the city of Monrovia (neighbor of Arcadia) which I don't visit frequently except for driving through it as I'm leaving Arcadia on surface street. Huntington Drive is a long stretch through several cities and it just has so many plazas and shopping centers on its course. I actually enjoy my drive through LOL. Thank you! I remember first coming here in 2003. They felt like true outlet stores, with heavily discounted merchandise. Today, it feels like a regular-priced mall. And many items are not cheap. For example, I was interested in a pair of jeans, but checked online, and Macy's was cheaper with their current sale! Several places had buy one, get one 50% off, so 25% off total, which you can find at a regular mall. There also used to be a larger variety of stores, especially in housewares. I would say 80% of the stores are now clothing or shoes. There is a Disney Outlet for toys, Samsonite for luggage, and Vitamin World. There are, of course, sunglasses. The food court is OK, but it gets very busy on the weekends. The only real sit-down restaurant is Ruby's. One thing to know: the cell phone reception is REALLY bad! Several locations have free wi-fi for customers, but I found a few required a password. Another not-so-smart thing is that the bathrooms near the food court have only 3 single-use bathrooms! There are larger ones towards the middle of the mall. But near a food court? Come on guys.

This store is located in a warehouse location, close to the gold line, all the way at the end of the suites. They have a plethora of Target brand items here, specifically home goods such as chairs, tables, couches, tv stands, etc. I took a look at the couch that I had been eyeing on OfferUp and it was in great condition! The couch was going for $200 at Target, versus here for $130 - a $70 savings which is not bad! One thing is, they don't have a return policy, but with prices that deeply discounted, it's easy to understand!

Some are chains, like Dollar Tree or Half and Half Tea Express, while others are privately owned, such as the dry cleaners or a small cigar & smoke shop. The plaza doesn't get terribly busy throughout the year, and it's probably because the stores here don't really draw an enormous crowd. Years ago, there was a Fresh & Easy Market on one end of the shopping center, next door to Dollar Tree. They filed for bankruptcy, closed all of their stores and the property has been sitting empty since then, although I did see workers in there recently. Some of the businesses that can be found here: Pizza Hut Splendid Smiles Dentistry Half & Half Tea Express Kumon (tutoring) Panda Nails K-9 Clips (groomer) Cigar Palace Rite-Aid Tae Kwon Do studio McDonald's Though the parking lot is fairly large, the lines painted for the directions of the cars to park and arrows that direct traffic to go against it (as if driving down the One-way street) can cause drivers to stop and honk at each other.
