I have always went to five below on the east coast and when they opened one near me I was excited. This store was very organized and has a lot of viral items like the Lababies, and fugglers. I enjoy looking at all the blind boxes, perfume, and T-shirts. They also have a lot of different varieties of makeup dupes. This is definitely a kids dream. I ended up getting some lababies, a Lego like coffee machine, wicked takis, some perfume. I was surprised how good the perfume is here. I will definitely be back.

Cool to see a new Five Below open here in Monrovia. I picked up a funny SpongeBob shirt that was pretty decent quality. Layout was similar to any other five below.

We went in for blind boxes and to finish a collection of character ducks and they went above and beyond to check if they had any specific ones left!

Have seen more people drive so fast in the parking lot, or open up the windows to scream at random people. fights also occurred at the parking lot once a while. There were also smash and grab years ago at some shops. (It was on the news) Most of the shops here are average At best even the department stores. Tons of Asian based toy stores. A 99 ranch super market. Some Asian based J and K beauty shops. A couple nice restaurants (but not high end). A big but always crowded Japanese book store (even more so crowded than the one in dtla). Typical clothing franchises. And a pretty regular food court. I never really thought this was a nice mall but now it feels like this place is giving more a ghetto vibe. I personally wouldn't come here often to celebrate /or host important events, unless necessary. I would avoid this place on the weekdays or holidays if you don't like crowds. Really, just a sub-standard mall But I think people just need a place to hang. Each to their own I suppose. Good luck people : )

Tons of parking available. They have some fun shops and great eateries such as Trader Joe's, Kohl's, Panera Bread, Ike's (by the way, they just opened 3 months ago), Chase Bank, and so much more. From the main street of Huntington Drive, it doesn't seem that huge... maybe it's because the shops are deep in and not closer to the street... who knows. Now that Ike's is here, I'll be visiting it more often when I'm in the Arcadia area. This shopping center is actually located in the city of Monrovia (neighbor of Arcadia) which I don't visit frequently except for driving through it as I'm leaving Arcadia on surface street. Huntington Drive is a long stretch through several cities and it just has so many plazas and shopping centers on its course. I actually enjoy my drive through LOL. Thank you! Anyway, drop on by here and enjoy an afternoon of fun shopping and good eats.
