First of all the Savemart Plaza parking lot was full (!!) I'd never seen anything like it This is it! Whoever in the developers who brought this idea (reasonable price retail store) into Los Banos was brilliant idea. I had read an article of an opening here Ross, folks who live around here all goes out of town to shop those items what Ross carries. I keep pray for LB town's prosperity this is the start. What…read moreare the items that we wanted to buy didn't have a price tag and apparently it was the last item in the store so instead of trying to look it up on the website or trying to price match, she tells me that because the other item I'm buying is a little bit smaller and it cost $60 that she's gonna charge me $80 for the large item even though I pointed out that the smaller item is heavier and a larger item is a lot lighter. I'm guessing because of the material that it's made out of so she goes out on the floor to try to find an item that is a similar size and apparently can't find one and then goes to the back and says there's a similar item in the back and that it's actually $90 so when I asked to see the item in the back she apparently can't bring it out for me the entire time when I told her I felt that she was being rude or disrespectful. She dismissed me and told me that she wasn't being although you could totally tell that she just didn't want to do a job because the guy that normally goes and looks for things I guess was on break. The cashier was very kind throughout the process, but I promise you if you need an item looked up. Do not go to the store because Lucy will not help you. I see fellow customers tossing items onto the floor and not picking them up. I see trash everywhere left by people and it sickens me how their is no respect for this establishment. The shoe section was a little messy and didn't have ALL of the sizes...but magically had mine so no harm there. I went to go pay and the cashier by the shoe sedation, Rosemary, was the sweetest and such a gem! Her uplifting attitude brightened up my day. Would highly recommend checking out with her. NOTHING, just left and I had to get in line for the return items to tell the other lady who was there. Just for the other employee in the return register to completely dismiss my experience. No explanation, no apology. The young cashier who left is a young Asian girl, and the lady at the return register is an older chicana Hispanic. They were working by the shoe department. ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL!
