As Noah was getting to the bottom of it on the phone, Nathan dug around a box full of sleeves to eventually come across the one I was looking for AND he hooked me up with a better looking case than the one that was sent to me. They made my whole weekend cuz for a minute I thought I was gonna have to wait another week or whatever to get sent a new one

Usually GameStop service is hit and miss, but the clerk named Robert went above and beyond to get my game, even traveling to another store himself just because he would be in the area. And that was when he was having a bad day! The other employees are usually friendly and also knowledgeable too. Just for customer service alone, 5 stars. Their selection of games isn't too shabby either. Very rarely will I have to travel out of town to get a game. And if they don't have it, they can get it in pronto. Another plus. I don't remember having to wait in line terribly long, but they keep their store cool so its not a problem. Something that's a MUST have in the Los Banos heat. Well done GameStop, you've got it together.

They've got 6,473 different pipes, bongs, dabs, etc if that's your jam. lol. I go to smoke shops for my vice ("Zyn" pouches) they seem to usually have better pricing than gas stations & corner stores. This was a decent little shop, fair prices & the girl working today was very friendly & helpful.

This made my cheap o dad hella happy. The employee didn't have to do this for me but he went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and I really appreciated it. It was my first time shopping at this location And it definitely won't be my last.

When I called Mattress Firm to get this I was told that I could not get it from them that they had lost it. They could not help me to get a new one, that I would have to pick up the 300 lb mattress myself to get the serial number off of it to file the registration. When I said that still wasn't going to get me my care instructions, they said oh so sorry, there's nothing they can do about it. I will never buy another mattress through Mattress Firm!!

We had purchased our previous bed at Sleep Train over 10 years ago (after which they became Mattress Firm) and had loved it so much, we wanted the same mattress. Unfortunately, Temperpedic no longer makes it so we were dreading having to go through the whole process of laying on every bed to find something we both liked. We have totally different sleep positions so that makes it a challenge. Bruno guided us to a few comparable mattresses and helped us narrow the best one for us in no time. He shared so much good information about the different types of mattresses and pillows, and didn't rush us as we lounged on the beds; it made everything so easy. We shopped during the Memorial Day Sale so we got a great discount. We are very happy with our new bed and my new pillow is the best I've ever had. Delivery was fast and they bring it right into your room. They take your old mattress, too. I recommend you try Mattress Firm in Los Banos, and ask for Bruno!

Do not ever see or work with Daniel A specially if you visit this Verizon store. The kid lied and charged me for both items and snuck in a box charger that I did not ask for. He charged me $57 for a phone case, $72 for a screen protector, and $37 for a box charger. He told me my total charge was for the remainder of the iPhone balance and taxes. He then failed to print me a receipt invoice (said he wasn't able to) so he emailed me the receipt which didn't get to my phone email until hours after I left the store and saw what I was charged for. When he set up the screen protector and case, he threw away the packaging which didn't bother me, until I went in to the store this morning to get things right and return the items I thought were free. I was unable to return the items because I did not have the packages for them. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH DANIEL A. However, Nicky who helped me this morning was able to refund me for the charging box as that was the only item left in a box. Again, if you visit this Verizon store, please do not do any work with Daniel A. I get they are commission based, but sell with integrity instead of lying to your customers!!
