Which did not bother me as much at first. Then they asked everyone around me if they need help and did not even acknowledge me. So I had to walk up to the front for some help. I get the the cash register and pay for my boots and necklace. The lady proceeded to write in my boots with a red marker. I think did not think that was okay since The boots were new. They have good inventory but not great customer service. I will not be shopping at this location anymore.

She wanted to give it to me in a clear bag. I found out later that it should have came with a rosary as well, well it didn't! I ended up buying a rosary at another place. I pointed to the return sign and she said I was standing in the wrong place. I pointed at the sign again and she said to stand some place else. Completely rude. She helped 4 customers before me and I was there before all of them. Elizabeth was rude the whole time. My return experience was not what I expected. I expected the employee to be professional. Shame on you management at Ross. You need to train your employees better.

First of all the Savemart Plaza parking lot was full (!!) I'd never seen anything like it This is it! Whoever in the developers who brought this idea (reasonable price retail store) into Los Banos was brilliant idea. I had read an article of an opening here Ross, folks who live around here all goes out of town to shop those items what Ross carries. I keep pray for LB town's prosperity this is the start. This is a salvage store I expect to pay less here. Old inventory needs to be moved out. It's too hard to shop.
