She wanted to give it to me in a clear bag. I found out later that it should have came with a rosary as well, well it didn't! I ended up buying a rosary at another place. Not worth $300 for an incomplete baptism set that I could've purchased for $230 in Fresno.

I don't know why I haven't reviewed this place. Not as if my son hasn't been visiting this spot for…read morea few years. They are located in the old J.C Penney used to be. In the same shopping center as the bowling alley. There is ample parking. Really easy to find because it's right off of 152. My son has purchased a couple boards, has taken a few boards there to get grip tape installed and has bought some clothes from here. Everytime I have taken him the service has always been impeccable. The gentleman and lady are always so welcoming. The gentleman is very knowledgeable. Last week my son sent me there on my way home from work to pick up bearings cleaner. I know nothing about skateboards and the like nor do I pretend to. I'm probably the equivalent of that old skool example of a woman walking into a mechanic shop...you know the one. The one where it is assumed just because you're a woman you don't know anything and they can say a phalange is missing so in order to install that it's $99...lol! Yeah like that. Anyhow, my husband walked in and asked for bearings cleaner and Justin told him, look don't waste your money. Have your son look up Youtube videos and use rubbing alcohol, gasoline, etc to clean it after taking it a part and then use Speed Cream ($8). He totally could have up sold us and didn't. I so respect that. My son also follows their IG page and every time my son has messaged them, they've been very responsive. Totally recommend this place. Customer service is better than the 5 possible stars Yelp allows without their substantial inventory of sports wear, boards, shoes, etc.

Once she approached the owner and told her about exchanging it for a different one that wasn't ripped, the owner then tried to blame the damage on my wife and gave her a really hard time in exchanging it. Once my wife found what she wanted the owners customer service was very very unprofessional as she asked if she wanted a bag and gave her a bag but didn't bag the clothes for her and very unwillingly put her change on the counter. On top of selling damaged clothes and poor customer service I do not recommend for anyone to support this awful business.

No greeting, no "Can I help you find anything?"--nothing. When I finally asked a question, the response felt rude and like I was interrupting their conversation. What stood out to me was that after another customer walked in, they were greeted right away. That made my experience feel even more frustrating and left me wondering why I wasn't given the same courtesy. Customer service starts with acknowledging every customer who walks through the door. I hope management addresses this because everyone deserves to feel welcome when they shop.
