I came in as a walk-in to get both sides of my nose pierced and waited about an hour since they had appointments ahead of me, which was totally fine! The shop is in downtown Morgan Hill, so my boyfriend and I just walked around while we waited. They had a wide variety of jewelry to choose from at different price points. Just keep in mind that most of the jewelry prices are separate from the backing, which is another $22. The nice thing is that it's easy to swap out the jewelry later if I want to buy a different style from their store. The piercing itself was $55 plus my jewelry & the $22 backing bringing the total around $107 each, multiplied by 2 since I got two piercings that day. In case anyone was interested in knowing an estimated cost. Daniel was my piercer. He is very knowledgeable and made sure I was comfortable with the placement. He was very patient & I appreciated how he took his time making sure I was happy with the placement & on both sides being even. I'm so happy with how they turned out and would 100% recommend him! I was talking with a friend about wanting to get another helix piercing and she asked me if I was going to any particular place. I told her that I didn't know where but I knew that I wanted to get it done ASAP. I had been putting it off since timing wasn't the best in months past and I knew I wouldn't be able to focus on the recovery of the piercing, but that no longer was going to be an issue. My friend told me to come to Make Me Holey since she had gotten six piercings here and she recommended them to anyone. She told me that if I went, she would come with me and also get another piercing. Another friend overheard and she also decided to come with us. We made an appointment online, easy process and so streamlined. The hardest part was choosing a day that the three of us were available since we wanted to come in together. Right before we came in, we got a link to complete our consents and answer some basic questions. None of us were nervous just excited about getting our piercings done. All three of us were getting piercings done in different locations on our ears. We came in and were greeted with such warmth. Our appointments were scheduled for a Saturday and it was busy! I was up first, I met with the earring specialist and I told her what I was thinking for my piercing location. She asked me questions to figure out what look I was going for in terms of an earring. We selected about 5 earrings that I liked from the display. She held up each piece to my ear and was patient as I was deciding. What I liked was that it wasn't just about choosing what earring one liked best, it was also taking into account each individual ear shape. She did it with me and also with my two friends to do an analysis and making sure that one wasnt going to be disappointed with the outcome. Two people can come in wanting the same ear piercing location and get it done with the same type of earring but the final outcome will look different on each individual. I was debating between three different earrings, then she went over the pricing of each earring. Although the price of the earring was not a factor in my selection, its nice knowing that if you were on a budget, that is something that could be brought up and they can show you earrings within that price range. There was no issues with them trying to upsale you and get you to pourchase the most expensive earring. They have a wide selction, titanium and gold pieces. Once I made my selection, the specialist indicated that the earring was covered under warranty in case something happened to it. Adriana was my piercer, she is an apprentice and as a result the piercing fee was half off. They asked if I was comfortable with her being my piercer, which I totally was. I don't know the exact intricacies of being an apprentice or ultimately a piercer but it seemed like a very rigorous process. Adriana couldn't just do all piercings, she had to spend a lot of time and training to keep advancing. She was so friendly, I went into the room, she cleaned and marked the spot for the helix piercing. We discussed it and she showed marked another spot right below. I asked her questions and decided on the top original spot she had marked. She had me lay down and boom, done and done. Pain is relative to the individual, but it didnt hurt, it was quick. She showed me the mirror and the earring in place and that was that. I went outside of the room to pay, made an appointment in a month to come back to change the post and that was it.....for now....let the healing process begin. I would highly recommend this place. Make an appointment (they also do walk ins) and get that piercing done with true professionals.

When we got there, we were informed that the piercing lady wouldn't be in until 1:30 pm. We went out for a walk and came back around that time, only to have to wait another 30 minutes to 1 hour for the piercing lady to come in. We didn't really mind too much at the time. When we finally went in, the Lady was really inviting and nice, however, it was noticeable that she was feeling rushed. She marked my girlfriend and all looked good. She also reassured my girlfriend that there would be no issues with it and it as all okay. About a month later, we went to get my eyebrow pierced and then also asked about the general redness around my girlfriend's healing belly piercing. Looking at it, suddenly the piercing lady suggested that my girlfriend didn't get it pierced with her and she strongly DENIED ever seeing her, making my girlfriend feel insecure and uncomfortable. (We told her we saw her about 3 weeks to a month ago.) The lady was notably rushed again when we came the second time. Overall, good vibes and knowledge about piercings but professionalism and kindness was lacking. My girlfriend and I left the shop that day upset and in anger. We understand that she may not remember every person, but denying that one modified a person's body is just rude and uncalled for. UPDATE (6/20/26): As of lately; Shop owner has denied ever performing our piercing, I would not trust this business at all.

I left Body Jewlz extremely embarrassed and frustrated by how I was treated as a divorced/remarried…read moremother. I brought my daughter in for an ear piercing and provided my ID and identification for her. The employee noticed our last names don't match, and I explained that I am divorced and remarried. I was then told our last names needed to match. Body Jewlz's own online FAQ states: "If you are under 18 and need parental/guardian permission, both you and your guardian must bring ID." It does NOT state that the parent and child must have matching last names or explain what documentation is required for a divorced/remarried parent. I repeatedly asked what I could provide to prove I am her mother. I was told a birth certificate, which I explained would show my former married name, not the name on my current ID. When I specifically asked what divorced mothers are supposed to provide, I was eventually told "guardianship paperwork." I explained that I don't have guardianship paperwork because I am her biological mother. Their final solution was that my daughter's OTHER parent would have to come in. I explained that she is estranged from that parent, and I was told there was nothing they could do. The employee then collected my paperwork and started helping someone else in a very crowded store. I was mortified. I wasn't asking them to waive their policy, I was repeatedly asking HOW to comply with it. If Body Jewlz requires additional documentation when a parent's name has changed due to divorce or remarriage, then clearly state what documentation is accepted. Telling a mother there is no way to prove she is her child's parent unless the other parent comes in is not a reasonable solution. Divorced and remarried parents exist. Your policy, and your treatment of customers, should account for that. Shame on you.
