I had a dip manicure done yesterday, and I'm extremely disappointed with the quality of the work. The cuticle area was not cleaned at all -- there is visible dip product left on the skin around multiple nails, which is unacceptable and looks very unprofessional. The shaping is uneven and poorly executed, with no attention to detail or consistency. I specifically asked for a natural-looking set with a tip, but the color used is overly pink and does not resemble a natural nail in any way. While I was asked if the color was okay, I am not the expert -- it is the technician's responsibility to guide clients toward a result that looks appropriate and professional. Overall, this feels rushed and below basic salon standards. I should not have to leave with product on my skin and unevenly shaped nails. I'm very unhappy with the outcome and would not recommend based on this experience. read more

I absolutely loved this nail salon! I called asking if they could do a filling for me at the monument like urgently and they said yes. I got there in five minutes. The owner greeted me and said it would be a little bit. I got nervous because I had to leave by a certain time. He said I'd be out before that time. I trusted him and am super glad I did. They really delivered and Vi who did my nails was amazing! She and her husband have their stations next to each other. They are so cute! She did a great job on my nails and was very meticulous which I appreciate! She gifted me a flower design which she didn't have to do but I greatly appreciate. Very disappointed with the service here. I am speaking up for a friend she got a set done here but the person who did her nails was not doing what she asked for concerning length. When she asked for them to be fixed he handed her the nail file for her to do it herself. She was shocked with the lack of professionalism. He even cut multiple of her fingers causing bleeding. i went to get a fullset the place was looking very pretty but they made me wait 30+ mins and when another customer got there, she said they sat her down and they gave her the color swatches so she can look for them to see what color she wanted to get versus when I got there. They didn't even offer me anything. I kindly got up and left and I went to diamond nails, which they did a really good job on my nails I was in and out with him less than 30 minutes. read more

I normally don't complain about things, but 5 hours plus to have a pedicure, nails and eyebrows done is way to long. I came in with a picture on the way I wanted my nails to look like. Which was a pink and purple glitter tips and my toes to match only to be told that thay could not do my toes that way and that I had to pick a regular color that was in the mix that I wanted. So I said ok. Next came my fingers nails and I kept showing them my picture over and over again of what I wanted. She was painting them different colors trying to get it right, but it didn't even come close to the picture. This is twice that they did this to me. I was very happy on how my eyebrows looked. I don't know if I will come back even though I have been going there since they opened. read more

When I walked in for my first time and asked prices for a full set and how much extra for rhinestones I was told by the Asian man who speaks English "it'll be too expensive for you to afford".. I was shocked and offended. He assumed I was a lot younger than I am because of my looks when I came in with more money than the other customers in there. Also a male who decided to get a pedicure next to me was offered wine but I was not, I was barely offered a water because I looked over confused. The customer service needs to be worked on, discrimination was not necessary and never judge a book by its cover. The pedicure lady also could've put in more effort into it &actually did what the premium pedicure description said but at least my manicure was pretty good, it was done by a different lady who took her time. read more

I went in for a pedicure and it was the worst pedicure I have ever received anywhere. The girl was cleaning the acetone brush on my foot instead of on a towel before attempting to clean the mess she had done with the nail polish on my nails. Some nails were missing the corners or were too far from the cuticles, most had the nail polish on my skin. I do not recommend this place at all and I will not be going back!! read more

I made an appointment with Vi and arrived on time. She was working on someone else's nails and I told her I had an appointment for a fill at 4:15. She asked if I wanted a pedi, no I got one there on Sunday. I waited till 4:30 and got up and left. Needless to say I won't be back, at least not for awhile. read more
