Lisa was so kind and never made me feel embarrassed or judged. She just smiled and told me not to worry and that she could take care of it. My old acrylic was extremely thick and the press-ons were glued on so well that she had to soak them and carefully remove everything with her machine. She took her time and got me back to my natural nails without making me feel uncomfortable at all. I also got a pedicure and it was one of the most relaxing pedicures I've had. Lisa really took her time cleaning up my feet, and the massage was amazing. I chose DND Wedding Veil for my hands and toes and love how clean and pretty they turned out. I actually told them before I left, "You just made a regular." The prices were reasonable, the service was great, and most importantly I felt comfortable and taken care of. Myself I am very picky and I found Twinkle nails to be 5 star service for 5 star customers! But in order to be in this class you'll need to be a fabulous tipper! Remember if you treat people well you're going to be treated with respect! So, if it's your first time~give your tip up front for extra incentive do excellent work! (That's what I did my 1st time now they are always happy to see me and have always done excellent work.) If you're sensitive tell your manicurist up front so they know! You need to communicate~| have very thin skin and bleed easily so I tell them so they can be careful! My favorite is dip powder~does not last as long as acrylic but I like it better~it looks more natural. Today I had a gel pedicure and had my acrylic nails removed expertly without a bit of damage to my own nail bed! Then Then got a dip powder they came out beautifully. Highly recommend this salon they're good, they are professional & if you're impatient just call ahead for an appointment....
