A 50-year-old man was In front of me at the checkout at Dollar General just trying to buy some beer, but the quick errand turned into a full-blown comedy show. When the young cashier asked for ID, the man handed over an expired license and explained it was taken after a DUI. That wasn't enough for the employee, who stuck to the rules and refused the sale, delivering the line with all the confidence of someone brand new to the working world. The customer, clearly frustrated, unleashed a barrage of profanity, questioning why someone his age even needed to prove he was over 21. The clash quickly escalated into a spectacle. The man hurled insults about the cashier's youth and inexperience, while the teen remained stone-faced, treating the tirade like just another Tuesday. Eventually, the man stormed out, grumbling like he was about to start a one-man protest. The whole thing played out like a low-budget sitcom: a mix of absurd rules, over-the-top reactions, and the kind of chaos you can only find at a Dollar General in Los Banos Shoutout to the cashier . Bro had balls of steel to deal with a 50 year old clown who's drunk to his ass. He acted like a complete asswipe moron. Give the cashier a raise . He's the younger guy at number 1 . read more

Wow! This review is to THANKS the person or management cashier for this afternoon. Having said that: as a repeated customer I must bring up this observation. Take notice please! This City is considered to be and it has been for decades of a low income means. So when I see a customer that wipes out all the products and leaves empty shelves for the low income and just to wonder what happened I feel so irritated with that, this easily could be prevented by setting a decent and reasonable quantity limit on amount per families. The amount really exceeded the reasonable expectations for a home ( quantity over 20+ of 1 cranberry juice , 8of one orange , 8 of one milk) and than to split the sales while customers were patiently waited. So this review is for those who lacks of the human quality of not self serving. If it is for your business go to a wholesale store. Don't harm your neighbors. read more

This grocery store is a joke carts all over the place none inside. The employees have no idea what they are doing don't go to the clearance aisle because nothing is actually on clearance it's items that are not selling well or discontinuing nothing on sale. If you need a gallon of milk or ice it's an easier in and out other then that stick with Save Mart or anywhere else. read more

Ok I been going to this particular store since it opened. I have mixed feelings about this place and the people who work there. I like the products they sell. The foods are overall okay. The produce dept. sucks though. I seen kids running their fingers through beans.. ew The people in the morning crew seems nicer than the ones in the evening, but then again I would be grumpy if I worked during busy hours I guess. There was one rude lady in the pm hours. I don't now her name but she looks kinda like Natalie on facts of life tv show. That woman made rude comments about customers like saying their kids need to shut up! Cray cray! lmao read more

Staff at this store need a lesson. A couple lessons, actually. Number one, customer service and tact. I went to this store, grabbing a cart on my way in, and asked a staff member where the sanitizer is so I could sanitize the cart. She told me "we don't have any." I asked her how I could clean the cart before, and she told me "the person who collects all the carts wipes them down before he puts them away." I told her that I knew this cart wasn't sanitized because I watched it get put away. She basically told me that if I didn't like it, I could go to Walmart where they have sanitizer. Great idea, I will, since this place obviously doesn't care about hygiene or courtesy. Number two, correct Interpretation of rules. My mother in law came here with her adult DISABLED son. Legitimately disabled, as in Down syndrome, and was told they could not enter together because of the ordinance that states one person per household. The ordinance clearly states an exception for minor children or disabled people. Needless to say they left, and we will not be giving these assholes any more business read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Customer service is the worst. Employees are so rude some of them definitely need to be fired if they are making customer never want to go back there again. If you don't like your job you should not be taking it out on customers read more
