Three employees were working in the area and appeared to notice that I was having difficulty, but no one greeted me or offered to help. One employee repeatedly positioned herself with her back toward me, and the employees were sometimes standing in the way while I was trying to view the merchandise. I also overheard the employees openly complaining about the store while on the sales floor. Overall, the experience felt unwelcoming and made it unnecessarily difficult to shop. I hope store leadership addresses customer engagement and professionalism in this department.

This place is massive, it has two entrances, one from the mall side and one from the parking lot with two separate checkout areas. They keep fragrances all over the store, so check both entrances and the random displays scattered around. It could have been a bargain hunters dream, but not so fast. I got there very early on a Saturday morning and the store already looked like a tornado had hit it. Merchandise all in piles on the ground, stuff thrown in aisles, messy displays, clothes crammed everywhere. Honestly if I managed this location, I'd be embarrassed to even the doors to this. The cashier and security guard (!) were super friendly so no complaints there. But either their are seriously understaffed or just don't care. Overall I was disappointed in the condition of the store. They had a lot of fragrances all in a chaotic mess but nothing special. So I left with no new frags but did find a pretty display tray for the ones I do have.

Daiso is a Chinese inspired Dollar store with so much inventory that is well displayed and many many isles stuffed with merchandise. They do not offer any fresh grocery items and only have fun candy that is native to their country. You could easily spend an hour here browsing at all their goodies. Note some merchandise is better quality but keep looking. Also, they do not have all of the choices of an item in one display. For example, I was looking for travel zip containers for my cosmetics and their assortment was located all over the store. So it is a bit of an Easter Egg hunt, in my opinion.
