So I called them the next day when they opened (probably about 1 hr after they opened actually) and still said it wasnt ready and would be ready in an hour. They could have just been up front will about the time it would take and avoided all this but no.

I wanted to apologize to her so I called and reached her, as expected she was gracious about my behavior and I still wanted another necklace for a gift to my 80+ cousin. Again she made the early offer. As it sometimes turns out they were out of the one I wanted for her. But the staff found me another piece and it might actually even be more pretty than my original choice. Again they are giving me the discount a day early. Let's be honest, I was unpleasant, I was a hassle making them search for a subuisite, gift wrap etc. each of the employees seems patient, kind and treat me as if I'm spending big $$$. I have stage IV cancer and the only big bucks thrown around here seem to go to doctors driving Mcclarins. This is a lengthy post because I feel it addresses some real issues we have in society now - I was needlessly rude, she and her employees did not respond in kind. They were patient and kind and determined to please me and there just isn't enough of that any more. Please try this shop out I can't imagine the great Christmas gifts I'll find here (if they allow me back in the store) My honest prayer is that for every lousy customer like me, they have 1000 that are kind and thoughtful like them. And I hope for every dollar I spend someone comes in and spends $10,000. I want to see her business thrive.

Despite the endless aisles of manga, I've surprisingly noticed that they're missing a few decently known manga. Unless I keep missing it, I've never seen The Case Study of Vanitas in their aisle, but they have the author's other work, Pandora Hearts, in there, for example. I would also say Kinokuniya is limited with their selection of anime goodies. I like that they're all very much authentic and different from your typical anime store selling pop figures and easy to find Bandai/Banpresto stuff, but their blind box selections are also becoming easy to find in other places because it's all the mainstream shows.
