I've been to many Marshall's stores and this one is similar like the rest. It was clearly laid out with signage, pretty organized. Some items are always more sparse than others but still had a good selection of items. I bought a couple items and the cashier was courteous. A good Marshall's to visit if I'm out here again. read more

I love Marshall's, but not this Marshall's. There is no customer service. I was the only one in line and one cashier was ringing up her customer before me.. she was greeted very nicely, had a nice conversation with her as well, she seemed very friendly and nice to her while I was waiting patiently. It was my turn, not once did she greet me or say one word to me. "not one word" I was thinking to myself , it must be a racial thing?? It's sad to say because she was an older lady too.. I felt very insulted and def will not come back.. I should be treated as every individual and not by my color. read more

Let me tell you how I love a good, deal, but then again you know this already. I used to frequent this spot A LOT during my SW internship days. Totally forgot about its existence. It is located in the same shopping center as the Wallyworld, it does not face the street so you won't see it from Liberty Road. This store opens earlier than I expected, I was able to drop in before my nail appt. Who would have thought that in twenty minutes one can do some damage? Okay moving on... Nice selection of clothes and shoes, even better that their clearance section was on point. Check to make sure that the tings that you are getting are in good shape. Unfortunately, I had to return a dope pair of shoes because of scuff. Check out was seamless, staff were great. I think I'll be back before a pampering session. read more

Boy oh boy let me tell you this has to be the WORST MARSHALLS EVER! The " employees" including the "manager" cuss like sailors! You don't expect to patronize an establishment to hear all types of b's and nigg*s coming from the employees. I cuss too, but I'm not at work. And that is the issue with the businesses in this area, no one takes pride in their work, and customer service is out of the question. Even you just collect carts from the parking lot, take some pride in what you do, those life skills will get you far in life. I really hate to say that about my own people... but it's true. They say buy black, but if this is the customer service we get who would want to shop black. Granted this is not a black owned business but the staff is primarily one race and the service here sucks! Don't expect any pleasantries when you visit, I had a return and I was greeted with absolutely nothing! She looked at me like I was speaking gibberish and the attitude I got from her was so damn disrespectful. Either retrain the staff or hire new ones! Plenty of people need jobs and will come to work, to work( if you know what I mean), and do it with a smile. read more

Hands down my favorite Marshall's store. I live in Owings Mills which isn't fair but I pass a Marshall to come to this one that's how much I love it. People to greet you, check, favorite checkout guy that always talk and make you smile and they always has the best stuff for my two-year-old toddler. I can find Nike, Zara, old navy, and Ralph Lauren at great prices wow! read more

I always have a ok shopping experience coming here. The clearance rank is my best friend. Always find deals on there! I like going early in the morning most of the time. Less crowd! I love to shop the clearance items here. With that being said I should know that some items don't ring up properly and some cashier believe shopper play with tags. This day of shopping turned into an epic fail. Must of the items I try to purchased were clearance items and to location was pack cause of holiday shopping so they were limit the staff to verify priced items. Yes the items had red tagged prices but the cashier deemed them to low. Yes you read that line right. Some stuff you can't make up. The items I picked were not last items there were more on shelf. Cashier asked for management who was ringing up customers too. She didn't even look in my direction but stated "if the price look fake don't ring it up". I said excuse me. How can I create price labels out of thin air and you do have staff to check prices. It was a little back and forth but then I realize I don't need to force business to take my monies. And yes I wrote corporate. Not sure if staff was over work. That was one really bad experience. read more

This location has piss poor customer service and no regard for customer satisfaction. They have 10 employees in the store stocking etc but 1 cashier, with the line starting to wrap around. Never mind the fact that I picked up a $300 layaway and they refused to ring up my 2 other items I needed. So I had to now stand in a second line. If the purchase was not for my child I would have canceled the layaway and not got the additional items. Each time I go to this location my experience gets progressively worse. At this point I feel like the fool for continuing to patronize them and spend my hard earned money there. They have lost me a customer since they obviously do not know the basics of customer service or even seem to care. read more

The sales associates follow you around the whole entire store like they don't have security cameras. I have been shopping here since I used to live nearby so, for some years now and it has happened for only the last few years. I have their card and use the discount coupons they send with my statement but I will probably stop shopping here if they don't stop eyeballing me like I'm a thief and the kicker is it is always the same salespeople for the most part..... they follow you right up until you get to the register, I don't like feeling like a thief especially if I'm not and I'm spending so much money at their store, going to stop going here. read more

Although I'm usually able to get some good deals at this store I have to be in the correct mind set to be prepared to rummage through the clothing racks as if I'm in a thrift store. Unfortunately, this store is often cluttered with various items on the floor or an area that they do not belong in. While I understand you need to put out new inventory, the aisle way shouldn't create a hazard for the customers. Unfortunately, I had to use the restroom while I was there. One word "DISGUSTING!!!". The door was open to the men's room (which should have prepared me for what I was about to see, urine was all over the toilet seat and I guess the mountain of toilet paper beside the toilet was to catch the overflow. Well, minus the urine covered set the huge mound of wet toilet paper beside the bowl coupled with no where to hang my purse or coat made for an interesting bathroom experience. I did let the manger know and she handled it personally to her credit. On the plus side the staff is generally pretty nice so if you can deal with the sometimes disorganization and filth you just may find some good deals. read more

On Dec.19, 2012, I purchased 11 items. On Dec.20, I returned ALL items, with the exception of one item. Cashier 5, Jasmine S, name given to me by Mgr. CC, was not very customer service friendly. Not once did she aknowledge me, or looked up at me, not even a hello. I said hello to her, and barely heard a response. Unacceptable!! Moving forward, Ms. Jasmine apparently checked in only 8 items as being returned, when in fact, I returned 10 items. Because of her careless mistake, I was credited 15.05, as oppose to 31.39, the correct amount. Also, I strongly believe she did this on purpose. Yes, on PURPOSE. I had to return to the store to dispute the other half, 16.94 due to me. I am very upset, and disappointed at the treament and service I recieved. Also, upon returning to dispute the second credit due, the cashier at registar 4 darkskinned slim female, Jan, 6, 2013, called for the next customer, which was me. Once again, she never looked up, to say hello, hey, how are you, NOTHING. How unprofessional, and rude is that? Unreal! I informed the woman on the MGMT Team on that day, as well as Ms. CC, of the negative attitudes the two cashiers displayed. Unfortunaley, I will have to travel to 15 miles out of my way, to shop at one of your competitors, as I will never EVER shop at Marshalls again. Note: While waiting for assistance for my second credit, a customer asked if anyone knew a number to a taxi, None of the employees at the front desk aknowledge her, so I tried to assist her for at least ten minutes, using my cell. I was not able to contact a local cab, so I asked the lady on the MGMT Team, if she could please assist the customer, by calling for a cab. She finally called, after 20 minutes, as the customer waited. She didn't have a cell phone. Clearly, there is a great need for a refresher course, or training, on how to be more customer service friendly. hope that you will take this information back to your staff and make some serious changes for the better. The customer service at this location is horrible! I purchased a pair of shoes at this location approx 1 week ago and while preparing for work was taking the shoes out of the box for use well surprise one is a 7 and the other a 10 my fault I had not checked this before leaving the store but usually the cashier will double check but I missed her oversight at purchase. Today I went in to return them and have never been treated so poorly with a return with a receipt. The shoes were still in the plastic and had the paper stuffed in the toes she looked at the bottoms at least 45+ times as if to find any excuse not to return them and then went and ran them through a handheld system to check for theft who steals opposites and has a receipt! And I love how she decided to have a conversation with her fellow employees about me in front of me, "this lady said she brought these shoes and the sizes don't match" professional top notch! read more

It is like most Marshalls with discounts on everything in the store but since my friend went in looking for a leather jacket I was left looking around for nothing. We went here and remember it is February so we did assume Marshall's would still have some coats to pick through in stock. Like alot of other Marshalls there is a coat section, which this location lacked. Just random jackets and thin coats hanging here or there. There were like no leather coats at all and about 20 regular style coats to choose from in the whole store. The shoe selection was so-so and appears they have more clearance shoes than new arrivals. People looking for good deals on decent shoes I'd suggest going through the clearance section and find what you like. I spotted some $10 Bear Paw boots and Guess boots for $54 can't beat it if you want it. They could add more but you may have to go surfing for a bigger better Marshalls. read more
