This store was large, bright, and clean. I saw the managers out on the floor folding clothes and getting areas tidied up. Usually during this time of year stores looks like a tornado came through them. Not this location. I was able to actually look around and find things that I needed. The staff was very friendly despite that it was close to midnight and they probably had a long day up to this point. It was probably less than 10 people in the store in total. The wonderful cashier was patient as I ran back to my car as I forgot my debit card in there. Next time I'm back in Concord, I will be visiting this location again.

I purchased a dress that I had to go down in size and jeans that I had to go up in size. Try on everything so you can make sure it fits. My fitting room experience was not great. The attendant was more concerned with conversing with her coworkers than checking me in. Self check out can be tricky if you are not paying attention. The lady ahead of me did not get a receipt and the attendant told her incorrect info about obtaining it. After I paid and my receipt did not come out, I asked for assistance. Turns out the paper was jammed in the machine. I have my receipt, but the lady in front of me was SOL. The manager told her if you need to bring something back to tell them what happened. I hope they don't give her a hard time about that! I do agree with other Yelpers to come here during the day or during the week to not be in a crowded store. Oh and they close at 8pm with the mall, not 9pm as the Yelp listing says.
