The Home Good portion of this store is in complete disarray. Ultimately, I found what I came for and got it at a great price, put a few more items in the cart. I found unique gift items and coffee table books galore! I really enjoy coffee table books. I was looking for a good old fashioned Bundt pan, the second store that I'd been to. Happily they had it. The lines moved quickly enough. The staff was polite enough. I liked shopping here.

A lady came in a few minutes said they would take care of my car. While waiting for the service, I cruised around to see if I could find my needs. Surprise to see this Supercenter was so clean and neat. With the store app, I was about to locate my needs. Lucky me! Then everything in the shop were so pleasant to look at. You can find good deals on pillows, sheets, etc.. I would recommend coming here first if you're looking for basic home good materials. If you get lucky and find what you're looking for, it will be less than Bed Bath and Beyond or Pier One. All those things being said, I wanted to use the restroom, but was disgusted before I even made it to the toilets. I think I'll write corporate because the walls were DISGUSTING. I can't figure out how walls get this dirty, but employees should not be subjected to this filth on a daily basis. Waiting in that line was ridiculous. I've never seen a retail store in such complete chaos. Merchandise was piled everywhere, racks were a mess, and the entire store looked like it had been picked over for days without anyone bothering to straighten it up. You really need to see the photos to appreciate how bad it was. The only reason this visit wasn't a complete disaster was Nya (hence the one star...for Nya). She is one of the most efficient cashiers I've ever seen. While the other register crawled along, Nya was friendly, professional, and moving customers through at an impressive pace. She easily checked out several times more customers while still providing excellent service. What made the situation even more frustrating was watching the manager/supervisor stand nearby talking with employees instead of opening another register to help the two dozen customers waiting in line. Leadership isn't standing around while your customers become increasingly frustrated. This store desperately needs better management, better organization, and enough staff to handle the volume of customers. It will take a genuine emergency before I ever step foot in this Ross again.

I never really shop here, but a couple items caught my attention and I decided to purchase. There were only 2 check out attendants. The line was long. The gentleman attendant was taking a fairly long time with the person in his line. He told the only other attendant to go take a break. Why would you tell her that when the line was long and he was busy with a credit application or so it sounded like taking longer than a regular transaction. While the 2nd cashier asked if I minded waiting or she could ring me up. I thought the gesture was nice but when I said I've been waiting a while and would like to check out, she had a noticeable attitude change and told the other attendant, I'm going after this one. If she didn't want to ring me up she should have just went to break like he told her. I purchased a dress that I had to go down in size and jeans that I had to go up in size. Try on everything so you can make sure it fits. My fitting room experience was not great. The attendant was more concerned with conversing with her coworkers than checking me in. Self check out can be tricky if you are not paying attention. The lady ahead of me did not get a receipt and the attendant told her incorrect info about obtaining it. After I paid and my receipt did not come out, I asked for assistance. Turns out the paper was jammed in the machine. I have my receipt, but the lady in front of me was SOL. The manager told her if you need to bring something back to tell them what happened. I hope they don't give her a hard time about that! I do agree with other Yelpers to come here during the day or during the week to not be in a crowded store. Oh and they close at 8pm with the mall, not 9pm as the Yelp listing says.
