March 26 and they said my order would arrive in 4 to 7 business days. I checked my email on the 27th and my entire order had been cancelled because I didn't pick up my order in time, even though it had not arrived. A li g wait time for a disappointing end.

Cancel the order- they said they cant cancel the order because it is still processing. Called 2 hours later, ok we will cancel and you will recieve your refund immediately. Meanwhile, my account online still says 9/20 @ 3:45 delivery. Called again and asked for a supervisor. Ok we will cancel.your order and you will receive your refund within 48-72 hours! WHAT!! I was told immediately. Called again, oh we will expedite your request - you will have your refund within 3 hours and for your trouble, a $10 gift card! 4 hours later, no refund. Now it is Tuesday, Called again.. I placed a cancellation on you order, placed expedited on your account for the refund department and you will have e you refund within the hour this was at 12:30PM. It is now 5PM, just called - well your refund was submitted, they will process it and you will have your refund within 48-72 hours!! I have spent $357 on groceries with no deivery and 5 days waiting for my mo ey back to go grocery shopping. Will never visit nor use Walmarts services again!
