A faux leather skirt and a long sleeve cami bodysuit both items were never worn and had tags attached. First of all, You must have your receipt. I went in to return and believed I had the receipt emailed. It was not sent to my email. The girl said I couldn't return without a receipt. I went home, found my receipt and returned the next day. Now, they said I could not return the bodysuit/cami but accepted the skirt for return. They said it was against store policy to return bodysuits. I find this interesting because you can try them on in the store with no problem but you can't return it even though it has the tags attached and was not worn.

I purchased 3 packs of crochet hair ($12.99 a pack) from this business and when my stylist went to install it, she opened one of the packs and went to separate the bundle, upon inspection she noticed that the texture was not the same as the other two packs. I went back the same day and explained this to the lady at the counter. She refused to exchange the pack and insisted that the hair was not in good condition, even through they were still "together" within the bundle. Some of the hair had been separated, but other than that, all hair was still included. I was not asking for a refund, I would have settled for an even exchange, but she mentioned that she cannot resell the hair. That was her priority. Reselling a pack of hair that was mislabeled and inconsistent with the actual texture. As a customer, it should not be my responsibility to absorb the cost of a product that is inconsistent with how it was labeled. That should be the responsibility of the owner, you take that up with your supplier. Her concern was about the ability to resell the hair, rather than her responsibility to ensure customer satisfaction. With that said, I will never spend another dollar at this place and I'd recommend others to do the same. Spend your money with an establishment who actually values customer satisfaction over losing $13.00.

I'm giving two stars because they messed up my exchange, gave a "discount" of my return which made my return amount lower than it should've been. Then I went back to inquire about it and it was a known issue that returns need to be done separately from re-buying the same product. It took all 3 employees to figure it out. And then they came to the conclusion that I was owed $0.53, it was a complete waste of time. On top of that, they managed to "return" the incorrect item which I gave them both my shipping slip and email confirmation. The return "discount" of 3 items came out to be $8.xx but they obviously don't know what they're doing so I decided to cut my losses because they didn't factor in taxes but state that they need to factor in my discount of $10 for my online order because I spent over $100 ONLINE. It was a HOT MESS express. I suggest to maybe try on items at the store and buy them online and/or exchange through mail/online since wayyyy better discounts online, especially when there's a sale. They do offer 20% off each item for proof of employment at Atrium/Novant. So there's some good to buying in store but I won't be returning. Oh!
