The Home Good portion of this store is in complete disarray. Ultimately, I found what I came for and got it at a great price, put a few more items in the cart. I found unique gift items and coffee table books galore! I really enjoy coffee table books. I was looking for a good old fashioned Bundt pan, the second store that I'd been to. Happily they had it. The lines moved quickly enough. The staff was polite enough. I liked shopping here.

Thankfully, Sue completely turned things around. She was helpful, kind, and even gave me advice that helped solve the issue quickly. As far as the selection, there was a lot of shiny and sequined dresses, but not much variety if you're looking for something sleeker. The sizing options also felt limited. I was shopping for a wedding last minute and was able to find something appropriate and make it work. It wasn't necessarily what I would ideally wear, but it worked for what I needed. The dress was already on sale, which made the value a little better. All of the smaller sizes were gone, and the one I found was the last one available. It did have a spot on it, but they gave me a small additional discount because of the stain, which I appreciated. Overall, the experience really depended on who you interacted with, and Sue was definitely the bright spot.

While there's a lot of clothing, it does seem to be quite organized & clean. There's plenty of employee presence around, straightening up & asking if you need assistance. So as I coming to return/exchange the next day i waited on a line that wasn't there three associate continue doing nothing like I wasn't there finally they acknowledge me .As I explained i wanted to do a return/exchange no one know how to do it! So they call some guys that later told me he was one of the managers as I have ask. He seen to be a little upset his demeanor was off and not inviting. He said first thing I need to do is return the first item OK that find I don't know how's that work he was not at all friendly as I try to make small talk letting him know hey I work in the mall as well he seem to be having a hard time doing the return. The attendant was more concerned with conversing with her coworkers than checking me in. Self check out can be tricky if you are not paying attention. The lady ahead of me did not get a receipt and the attendant told her incorrect info about obtaining it. After I paid and my receipt did not come out, I asked for assistance. Turns out the paper was jammed in the machine. I have my receipt, but the lady in front of me was SOL. The manager told her if you need to bring something back to tell them what happened. I hope they don't give her a hard time about that! I do agree with other Yelpers to come here during the day or during the week to not be in a crowded store. Oh and they close at 8pm with the mall, not 9pm as the Yelp listing says.
