I gave all the details of exactly what I needed and the in store agent wrote everything down. The store's owner asked that I come back on Saturday to start the process of ordering the shirts I needed. The owner was on speaker phone with the agent and myself. I told her I would come back Saturday morning at 10am. I was back at the store at 10am sharp and the agent said the owner wasn't there. He called her and she was in the hospital but her husband was getting off a flight and may be able to come to the store to help me. The agent called on put him on speaker and this is when things went left. He was never informed of my initial request and started asking for details that I'd already given both the agent and owner. This when I told him I'd already given that info and now I'm looking to simply get this process started. He started to explain his flight and traveling details which I cared zero about actually. I asked him what did all that have to do with me? He got irritated and said he couldn't help me. This fraud of a business is one you should totally skip and find what you need from a business that appreciates you and your needs. The lack of follow through and professionalism is absolutely mind boggling. There was a total lack of accountability and communication was non existent.
