High pressure from sales people who are obviously receiving some kind of commission. It was a special for the day. We are very aware of our credit scores and they are over 800 scores. There is no way either of us shouldn't have been approved. We were both told that we weren't approved in the store but would have to wait 10 days and come back if we received the card. If it was one of us I would've thought maybe something had gone wrong but it happened to both of us. This is a ploy to create urgency in store and then hope the applicant forgets to come back for the discount. The card should be approved or declined. Not, wait to see. I wouldn't have applied if they had said I would have to come back. I'm disappointed in Old Navy.

I returned the sneakers but I was unaware of the return policy which had changed about a year ago as per the cashier. I only got back $ 68 but had spent over $85 for them. Thought that by speaking with the manager I might do better but it was to no avail even though I told him I had been a longtime loyal customer. I called their Customer Care center but they couldn't help me either. I wrote to their corporate offices and they didn't even bother to respond to my letter. I will no longer do any shopping at Kohl's especially after having my concerns dismissed by their store manager in Huntersville and the failure of corporate to respond to my letter.

The store currently allows 9 people at a time, but is set up for maximum spaciousness. It was very bright and clean inside, and the employees all had masks on. The brand is more high end, so you should expect higher prices than your traditional department stores, but the clothes are made better. Currently, there are amazing sales!! We were assisted by Emily D. and she offered so much help. She gave so much insight on each piece we were considering and it was helpful to know, so we could avoid returning clothes since we are unable to try things on during the pandemic. However, she did offer us a free FedEx label for returns (just in case). She picked out jeans for me with the right size and style I prefer without me ever telling her my preferences! She went above and beyond and it was truly an enjoyable shopping experience, which is rarely said during this crazy time. The team that was working today truly influenced my husband and me to continue to shop with Lucky Brand. Those women truly deserve recognition and I hope they do receive it from the company. I work in retail myself and was amazed by my experience today!

Beyond that, a LOT of the donated clothing they choose to put out is very heavily worn with very obvious flaws such as massive tears, bleach stains, and fast fashion that is literally falling apart and needs to be in the trash. Yet they'll still put a $10 price tag on a pair of jeans with a huge hole in the crotch. The prices are much higher than other chain thrift stores around it, and the quality is awful. Beyond the actual merchandise, the store is depressing. I used the restroom and there was no toilet paper in ANY stall in both the women's AND men's bathrooms! Not a single one. And no paper towels! How is that possible? The floors are dirty, the people who work there are not friendly, and the donation process is "park outside with your flashers on and hope someone actually comes out to assist you".
