The 15 min observation time was spent in a chair, watching other customers come through the store. It is a BUSY location and I did not purchase anything so I cannot say much about customer service on the front end of the store. The store was orderly and neat, a couple of kids were running up and down the aisles, but it actually made it feel "normal." Everyone was masked and pleasant. They were cranking out appointments, but you could see/feel a sense of excitement. I didn't really talk to anyone else cause the chairs were spaced far apart, but I think you could feel the sense of relief from folks after receiving the vaccine and our tickets out of this pandemic.

We bought strawberry leopard which THEY recommend, it was a pretty purple (in the bottle).. But as soon as we put it on our hair it was a ugly magenta red... It wasn't even close to purple.... Keep in mind our hair wasn't fully bleached because if you know and understand how the color wheel works (which the employees did not it seemed).. purple is the opposite of yellow/ orange on the color wheel. We've done purple before on "bronze" hair before and it's come out beautifully. However the strawberry leopard THEY recommend was garbage and they wanted to blame us for the hair when it wasn't even the right color.. From now on my money will never go to liars and scammers (Sally's) ever again... I recommend going to Walmart or even looking on Amazon because they have what you'd want for cheaper too... Honestly that's what we should've done...I hope the whole team learns the color wheel and what it means... P.S For my guys and gals who are dying their hair crazy vibrant colors I personally recommend ION, Artic Fox, or Manic Panic... (Don't waste your time asking the employees) trust me I'll save you from a terrible experience and save your wallet... As usual, an employee offered their assistance in pointing out the differences in features between the different models. We made a selection and was checked out quickly. I had a tummy tuck and back lipo on 3/18/21 at a cosmetic center in Miami, Florida because I have a higher BMI. Unfortunately, I have experienced post op complications and my surgeon or cosmetic center have not returned my many inquiries and cry for medical attention. I was admitted to the ER, had a CT scan confirming a seroma/hematoma and followed up with my PCP. They were unable to assist, and referred me to a plastic surgeon. However after calling 5 plastic surgery centers in Charlotte NC, none were willing to take me on as a patient to treat me post operatively. I was so sad, felt so defeated, and have been very miserable. Today I googled Plastic surgeons, Concord NC and Renaissance Plastic Surgery was the first result. I contacted them and spoke with TISH and basically explained my life story. She was so caring and attentive and confirmed that they would be happy to provide me with care, set expectations on the potential cost per visit, and set me up with an appointment same day. When I arrived, I met BRANDY at the front desk - she was also excellent. TISH and BRANDY have genuine caring personalities and warming demeanor. After checking in, I met TIFFANY who took my pictures. She was amazing as well. I'm telling you, the entire staff and medical team are really out of this world. Accompanied with, I met DR. ANDREW KOCHUBA. When I tell you PHEONEMAL!!!!!!! He spent 1 hour 15 minutes examining me, read my entire profile and medical history (I read his career profile as well - very impressive collegiate and professional accomplishments). He has excellent bedside manner, was honest, respectful and treated me with care. I am overwhelmed with emotion right now writing this review because the past couple of weeks I've been extremely doubtful and sad. During today's appointment, I got drained, he confirmed that everything looks good and is healing well. He scheduled me to follow up in 2 weeks for a 1 month check up and to monitor/remove my drains. He also provided me with wound care information, and tips to ensure I heal properly. Dr. Kochuba was very kind and thorough. And I cannot stress enough how caring and attentive the entire staff was. I feel so blessed. Dr. Kochuba also told me after 2 more visits, I only need to see him if there's a complication. This was also surprising because so many businesses (including medical) want you to return because it increases their profit; but not Dr. Kochuba...that speaks volumes for Renaissance Plastic Surgery. Additionally, my visit was inexpensive for the level of care I received. I'm also interested in improving a couple of other areas on my body in the near future and will definitely be going to Dr. Kochuba. This was honestly one of my best experiences. Excellent customer service, thorough, demonstrated expertise, provided peace of mind, patient, genuine....just excellent all the way around. Dr. Kochuba is the epitome of an individual who goes the extra mile to ensure he exceeds your level of expectations for patient service. He is pleasant, personable, trustworthy, accountable, builds positive rapport quickly and is very knowledgeable in his field. I hope that those of you reading this can understand how much of an impact today's visit meant to me, and can help you when deciding who to receive care from for your cosmetic/plastic surgery needs. She interrupts and does not let you finish your sentence. I am self-pay. No insurance states what I can and cannot have (which they should be able to see on their computer). I have a prescription that was not filled with the appropriate quantity, and I did not catch that when I picked it up (won't make that mistake again). I got 30 instead of 90, so I ran out and my refills had expired. She said it could not be refilled (it's not being refilled; technically, you are giving me the 60 that you owe me). She said it was canceled in the system and they would have to contact my provider. I said, "You owe me the 60." She said they couldn't override it, which is probably true, but there should be some way to give me the pills I did not receive and that my prescription called for. She said she would let Pam explain it to me, like I was a child and unable to comprehend plain English. She put me on hold, and I was too mad to speak to anyone at that point. This is the second time I've spoken to her, and it was the same experience. The last time, they didn't fill a prescription because it was too expensive. They never called to ask; they just didn't fill it, and when I checked, it said I needed to call. Well, good luck with that--some days you can't get anyone to answer, and others they put you on hold. When I did talk with her, I told her to fill the prescription, as we are self-pay. So twice they, being Walgreens, or their system, have tried to dictate what I get. No call, no email, no conversation about it. If someone would have mentioned it when I picked these pills up, this would not have happened. And again, I'm self-pay, so I use GoodRx and stuff like that. I paid the same price for the 30 pills that I had been paying for the 90 pills!!!!!!! That's one reason it didn't register with me when I paid that there was a problem. I know they have difficult jobs and are probably short-staffed, but Walgreens NEEDS to do better!!!! This is ridiculous.
