I purchased 3 packs of crochet hair ($12.99 a pack) from this business and when my stylist went to install it, she opened one of the packs and went to separate the bundle, upon inspection she noticed that the texture was not the same as the other two packs. I went back the same day and explained this to the lady at the counter. She refused to exchange the pack and insisted that the hair was not in good condition, even through they were still "together" within the bundle. Some of the hair had been separated, but other than that, all hair was still included. I was not asking for a refund, I would have settled for an even exchange, but she mentioned that she cannot resell the hair. That was her priority. Reselling a pack of hair that was mislabeled and inconsistent with the actual texture. As a customer, it should not be my responsibility to absorb the cost of a product that is inconsistent with how it was labeled. That should be the responsibility of the owner, you take that up with your supplier. Her concern was about the ability to resell the hair, rather than her responsibility to ensure customer satisfaction. With that said, I will never spend another dollar at this place and I'd recommend others to do the same. Spend your money with an establishment who actually values customer satisfaction over losing $13.00.

The 15 min observation time was spent in a chair, watching other customers come through the store. It is a BUSY location and I did not purchase anything so I cannot say much about customer service on the front end of the store. The store was orderly and neat, a couple of kids were running up and down the aisles, but it actually made it feel "normal." Everyone was masked and pleasant. They were cranking out appointments, but you could see/feel a sense of excitement. I didn't really talk to anyone else cause the chairs were spaced far apart, but I think you could feel the sense of relief from folks after receiving the vaccine and our tickets out of this pandemic.

We bought strawberry leopard which THEY recommend, it was a pretty purple (in the bottle).. But as soon as we put it on our hair it was a ugly magenta red... It wasn't even close to purple.... Keep in mind our hair wasn't fully bleached because if you know and understand how the color wheel works (which the employees did not it seemed).. purple is the opposite of yellow/ orange on the color wheel. We've done purple before on "bronze" hair before and it's come out beautifully. However the strawberry leopard THEY recommend was garbage and they wanted to blame us for the hair when it wasn't even the right color.. From now on my money will never go to liars and scammers (Sally's) ever again... I recommend going to Walmart or even looking on Amazon because they have what you'd want for cheaper too... Honestly that's what we should've done...I hope the whole team learns the color wheel and what it means... P.S For my guys and gals who are dying their hair crazy vibrant colors I personally recommend ION, Artic Fox, or Manic Panic... (Don't waste your time asking the employees) trust me I'll save you from a terrible experience and save your wallet... Here are some pictures below that shows the "purple" they recommend vs the one we went in and bought (the ION) which was cheaper than the "spotted" strawberry leopard they recommend. I spent over $80 and I was pissed. Keep in mind they did nothing but blame us for the entire thing. The first picture that's redish is the strawberry leopard they recommend with the picture of what the bottle said the color would be.. It is not purple whatsoever, we bought the ION to fix it and the last picture is what we went with (ION) and it came out a beautiful purple. Again don't listen to them, save your time and money on a different place than this... Im truly upset because we were treated like amateurs when we've been dying our hair for over 10 years. (We knew what we were doing) I don't recommend strawberry leopard at all and I especially don't recommend getting advice or recommendations from the employees.... As usual, an employee offered their assistance in pointing out the differences in features between the different models. We made a selection and was checked out quickly.
