When I was there it was all peachy. Of course to sell things very easy. As soon as I got home I messaged them on Facebook messenger asking a simple question. What is the return policy? Not rude nothing. I WAS BLOCKED. REALLY? So i proceed to message them from my alternate fb account and they saw it but no response. I called yesterday and Cami spoke to me and said well we don't return items. We can reconsign for you to see if you can make part of the money back. WOW yes make more money again from a dress I bought just 3 days ago. And then I ask for Mrs Peggy's number and she says she'll call her so she can call me. NEVER RECIEVED A CALL. ALSO NEVER RECEIVED CALL FROM OWNER. I may be a minority and disabled but I'm not dumb and I have a brain. Paying customers get blocked I'm still amazed. read more

This consignment store has got to be the cheapest and most unprofessional in the consigning business. I had an unpleasant experience with the two ladies working the front counter to review my prom/bridesmaid dresses; she was rude and condescending. I am incredibly unhappy with the service and the return I received. Don't waste your time and energy and money; go somewhere where you will be treated kindly and get a decent return. read more

Sales girl was snotty, basically told me I was fat even though her porker face and huge thighs showed she outweighed me, and then told us we needed to hurry and acted like us wanting to be paying customers was a bother. Told her it was for a military event since she made it clear I was too old to be going to a dance. read more

I love this place!! It's the best form of recycling ever!! I drop my items off, earn money and then spend it on things in the store for myself and my family. I've essentially clothed my little girl all of her 9 years here. They only accept quality items so you don't have to pilfer through junk--so don't get your feelings hurt if your items aren't accepted...they won't accept stained or torn items. They even have a return policy!! They have a fantastic selection of clothing and household items and an entire "boutique" upstairs of prom gowns and evening wear. They are always friendly and provide professional service. read more

Took two prom dresses and accessories for consigning; however, when I went to pick them up they could not locate one. I was told it was either lost, stolen or donated (you'd think if it had been donated they would have noted that in their system). All accessories and shoes were sold and I only received roughly $35 (value $200 plus). The owner agreed to compensate me, $54, for the missing dress (paid $400 originally). Apparently this is what I would have gotten had the dress been sold (they were asking $99 for it). All I asked was to be paid what they were asking for the dress since they lost it. It kept being mentioned that the dress could have been donated since I did not pick it up on time; however, when I dropped the last dress off (I had dropped them off at separate times) I had asked if I could pick everything up together and was told that was fine since it was all prom items and it was prom season. Owner would not even listen to me she acted more interested in showing off for the others standing around listening/watching. read more
