We did family style, which is a great option that a lot of caterers don't offer as it allows people to take as much as they want of each dish without having to stand in a buffet line. My favorites were avocado, glazed walnuts, charred cauliflower, blistered tomatoes, fire-roasted garlic broccoli, and roasted beets. Everyone got to compose their own protein + grain + veggie plate.
