The lamb meat itself was the primary vehicle of salt and spice (with emphasis on the garlic), yet never being dry. I highly recommend the hummus, baba ghanoush, salsa, and grape leaves--they're all fantastic. Be sure to order the lavash bread on the side, as it pairs perfectly with everything.
