Great food! I get 2 meals out of their plates. People who work there are always nice!

Spoke to the cashier, a shorter guy with a hat. Just asked a few basic not even repetitive questions about the menu and he almost rolled his eyes and seemed annoyed. I'm like OK just had a bad day no problem. When the food came out I just simply asked in a kind way if they have any hot sauce. Instead of just politely saying that they do but it cost, he very visibly annoyed said "it doesn't come with it .. I'll bring it". I was like okeeey what's the matter with this guys and when he does show up with the sauce even more visibly annoyed said it costs but he'll give it to me. But literally in every aspect it was really annoyed said. I refused to take it and paid for it of course. Why couldn't he just like a normal polite person said it's not included and there's a charge? Why make this experience so bad and be so rude and visibly annoyed? I don't need a smile just BASIC courtesy and not making me feel bad for just asking few basic questions for gods sake! I don't need this horrible service for over priced food! read more

Good Authentic Mediterranean Food! Food was excellent and delicious, service was on point, and location was clean. The restaurant is small but there is some outside sitting. The staff were great, they offered suggestions and gave me a few samples before placing my order. The restaurant owner was very friendly & helpful. Falafel Bowl: Excellent falafel with a crunchy exterior and soft interior. I got the bowl with everything, and all of the veggies and hummus that came with it was great. Pita bread was good as well. Chicken Doner Plate: At first, I thought $21 was a steep price to pay for this. After we got it, we realized that this thing is enough for 2 people. They PILE it with meat. The chicken tasted amazing (even better than the falafel). The baba ghanoush was also fantastic. Service was very friendly. We had a group of 6 and there wasn't a lot of seating, but the staff let us pull together a few tables. Would definitely come back! read more

My son and I stopped in here on a whim. We were immediately welcomed in by the family who run this restaurant. They prepared delicious and healthy food in a welcoming environment. Staff was very friendly and helpful when ordering. Food was delicious and very fresh. Falafel was so crisp but soft and delicious on the inside. Cucumber tomato salad was light and fresh. Fries were crispy. Chicken shawarma was excellent and flavors were awesome. Pita tasted fresh. The garden salad had a nice Light dressing like a vinaigrette and had delicious purple cabbage that tasted like it was pickled. I was looking around the cemetery in Salem and saw this place. I've never had Turkish food before so thought I would give it a shot. They have some inside seating and some outside seating. I ordered the two meat plate to try two meats. Lamb and spicy chicken. It came with a pita and two sides-I got hummus and the white bean salad. There was a woman taking orders and a man cooking. When the woman was taking phone orders, the man answered questions and even came outside when he saw a couple looking to throw away their trash after eating. I waited at an outside table for my order, it took about 15 minutes. It was a warm day, but there was a nice breeze. The nice woman brought me my food, and I was in my way back to my hotel to enjoy lunch. The food was amazing! The meat was so good, the rice was delicious (and I'm not a rice person yet I gobbled it down), the hummus and white bean salad were also really good. Paprika grill did not disappoint, and if I'm back in the area, it will be on my list to order from again. read more

Stopped in for dinner. Service was fast and friendly. I ordered the chicken bowl with all the toppings. As a Middle Eastern myself, I know when hummus and sauces are made fresh, including the seasoning of their chicken. This restaurant definitely serves quality and fresh servings of food. My friends and I were impressed. We also ate on their patio, that had a nice view by the Witch Trial Memorial. A must try if you're visiting Salem. read more

Came here after a long day in Salem. Wasn't sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. Keep in mind, dine in section was closed but there's a couple outdoor tables to the left to eat at. I got the Spicy chicken wrap, think a spicy chicken burrito. The chicken was well seasoned and very flavorful. I tried the lentil soup, not my cup of soup but my friend said it was good so that is probably a better judge of the soup. There's no trashcan around but bring it back to the window and they're more than happy to take back the trash! read more

Great Donner (wrap) and lamb salad. They were very accommodating for my wife's diet. They knew the ingredients in their foods. Also has a shady and quiet patio where they bring your order to. We have ordered Paprika takeout a few times recently through Uber Eats and are such huge fans! They have amazing food, great quality ingredients, and a really unique (and affordable!) menu. My boyfriend and I love the fact that we can order a ton of dishes to share without breaking the bank. Their falafel is my favorite in the area by far. SO GOOD! Food: Tastes absolutely amazing! I ordered Mixed Grill Platter with a choice of 2 proteins (Steak tips & Beef Kebab). Meat tastes incredible. Juicy and brought tears to my eyes (with joy of course!) Dining: No Dine-in when temporarily. Only pick up (We ate in the car). There were some chairs outside, not sure if we could eat there. So if you're planning on coming, plan for takeout. Wait time: Took 15 minutes but I rather eat my food hot than cold. While you wait for the food check out the cemetery. Parking: Be mindful of the parking. Do not turn in the street. There is parking lot on the main road (less than a min walk). There's coin meters in the parking lot (convenient). There's parking on the street as well. Fun Fact: It is right next to the very first cemetery in Salem (The Burying Point) Overall highly recommended if you're looking for Mediterranean Food (Turkish food to be exact). I was really excited to try this place, well that excitement did not last long :/ The food was a little less than ok. I got a falafel wrap, with onions and hummus. The falafel was burnt on the outside and had a saggy texture in the inside, the onions were not cut in bite size pieces, it was hard to eat them, almost choking with them, I had to use my hands to break them in small pieces. I was surprised at the fact that I couldn't add lamb to my falafel wrap and I would have had to order a side of lamb in order to do that ‍ Definitely not worth the price, we pay $34 for 2 wraps, no extras, no drinks. A little pricey considering the quality of the food. The restaurant was also closed, only outdoor seating. read more

They have a little patio spot outside in case you're eating close by but otherwise no seating. Every meat is excellent from the beef to the lamb to the chicken. Restaurant is located in an area with lots of tours near the cemetery and museum. Only the take out window was opened on a busy Friday. I had a chicken shawarma sandwich, which was a bit pricey but very good! It was packed with chicken and the other toppings, and pleasantly filling. This is really good food put together by people who care. I do take out from there almost weekly when not traveling, and have yet to have anything but a good meal. My wife and I are big fans of the chicken shish, which is perfectly seasoned and cooked, and served with the rice, cucumber/tomato salad and pita, makes the perfect meal. No because what is this TERRIFIC service and food? Everyone working here is so kind and attentive, which is always a plus when getting food. They're also very clean. It's a small place so if you can do take out do it, if not you can just come when it's not so busy. Love this place, would definitely come again when I visit Salem. read more
