This guy consistently goes above and beyond, and our most recent visit was no exception. What really sets Alberto apart is how he anticipates everything. He checked on our spice tolerance mid-boil to make sure it wasn't overwhelming, and he kept the wet wipes and extra lemon coming without us lifting a finger. The food was phenomenal as always but Alberto's energy and genuine care elevated the whole experience.
