Came here for the first time and we were very satisfied! Delicious Micheladas, Super tasty ceviche de camaron and Ceviche de pescado. Their al pastor and asada tacos were abundantly topped with onions cilantro and a creamy sauce. Definitely try the battered fish tacos! They give you a small container of HOT chile.. yum. We'll definitely be back! Forgot to take food photos but trust me it was all very good! Only thing is you have to tip with cash or Zelle. read more

They don't give you complementary chips with salsa. It's expensive no water you practically have to sit yourself and ask for the menu half of the stuff that I asked for was not even available. I was a 10 minutes driving to this place on my lunchtime waste of my gas. read more

Place is good, service as well . Only thing I was say the prices are pretty high for the place not going to lie, $7 a taco ... but I would probably come back again. 4 of us $220 with tip read more

Amazing food. It's a bit of a wait, but well the wait!!!! Best Mariscos in the IE in my opinion.

I was in the mood for a ceviche tostada and this was close to work, what a disappointment, the place is very small, they do have outdoor sitting but not in this weather, is not equipped with A/C and there are 2 tables inside, the young girl that took my order was very nice, but the older short chubby lady was mean, and rude, no customer service etiquette whatsoever. It literally took them 20 minutes for my order to be read and there was only a gentleman occupying table. When I finally got back to work my tostada was SUPER SALTY and I was not able to eat it I think the lady did this on purpose. I wasted $15.00 dollars, but I will NEVER go back nor do I recommend anyone to waste their money either read more

I hadn't seen my blood family in a second and that shrimp and octopus aguachiles was a hit. It almost made the situation a little less confusing and worth the visit. The people here are pretty cool and will take care of you if you're okay with driving a little out of the way. Don't let the emptiness of this place fool you. My sister was like "you guys went to a different place why". read more

not authentic and tastes straight out of a can of you want me to be real. The oysters were good, but they come prepared and not like on the menu. The micheladas taste straight like tomato juice no beer.I left immediately. Ceviche was just something thrown together. Everything bland. Left immediately after the camarones al diablada tasted like burnt bbq ketchup and old. read more

Me and my family visited this place because we wanted some menudo. The place was clean and organized. We sat down, and the waiter took our order. Soon after our order the food came. The food was amazing and we all enjoyed. The menudo was the best. Definitely recommend to others. read more

My husband brought me here at 10 pm online it showed they close at 11 but when we arrived a really nice lady opened the door and told us they were actually closed already. My husband explained to her I am pregnant and was craving cooked seafood and she said no problem I can make her a shrimp cocktail if she would like. She even came out to the car and asked me if I wanted the cocktail of just shrimp or with octopus. Really thoughtful owners and great service. Something hard to come by these days. Definitely coming back. read more

Jen needs to get fired. She is very rude and this place needs nice waiters with good attitides. The owner is super nice and humble. But that waitress flat out is horrible in customer service. Her attitude was exactly this when we got there. "Someone will be right with you" 20 min go by and she returns to take our drink order. Another 20 min what can I get you guys and tells us it's 30 to 40 min while rolling her eyes. Lol I'll wait cause it's camachos but her attitude lack of checking in with is unacceptable. Unless she's the owners daughter but damnnnnnnnnnn. She's gotta go. To top it off when we were about to pay she was taking off and telling her Co worker I'm leaving. Love the food that's the three stars!!! The other two stars is contingent on new staff this place doesn't deserve this type of attitude from the waitresses. People come drop their hard earned money here. read more

I've been here about a handful of times when I'm craving a shrimp ceviche tostada. The lady at the register is ALWAYS so nice and sweet. I usually call in my order for pickup and she's always super welcoming over the phone and takes the time to take my order without rushing me. If only every restaurant had the same customer service! The food is always fresh and they serve a decent amount of food for the price. I especially love their salsa and chips. It's definitely more of a "hole in the wall" type of restaurants but those are always the ones with the best food and customer service! I definitely recommend! read more

Lupe for the win!!! My first time eating here. I've been living across the street for 2 years and never noticed it. I went this afternoon and now I'm Hooked! Carne asada tacos were on point. Very fresh! The addition of fresh cut cucumbers on the side was a first and I actually liked them. My hubby had the carne asada burrito.... A fricking huge burrito!!! He took it down though lol. Prices are Great! Service is awesome! Taste is bomb!!! I do wish there was more of a variety of salsas/sauces. read more

this place use to be a good spot to come eat some fresh mariscos, not the case anymore..they take forever to serve you, ghey offer chips and salsa or they give u chips if u ask but no salsa and they say its because of covid..wtf..covids been over..then have limited seating inside and they save the biggest table for employees only..i guess customer comes first doesn't apply here..they rather sit you ouside in the heat and watch you sweat waiting for your food. then offer you the empty big table inside in the a.c...ghe fish tacos are good, but they serve them with no lemon no salsa..this place is going from bad to worse and sucks bevause their food is pretty good.. read more

10/10. I've lived down the street from them for 4 years and today I finally tried it for the first time. It was delicious! I got the mariscoco (mariscos mixto with coco). I am very picky when it comes to seafood but it actually lived up into the hype and will definitely be back to try some again! read more

Food is way overpriced and the burritos suck the salsa is way too salty they say it has marijuana in it and it doesn't that's just what they call it and if you want extra it's a dollar per small container the waitress told me she drove an hour and a half just to come and eat here. now she is a proud employee to drive an hour and a half to get to work if I could give this place half a star or even a quarter of a star I would don't recommend this place go eat a burrito at Taco Bell read more

Mariscos Camacho - a person holding a small bowl of grapes - Mexican Near Me - Upland, California

I can't believe they have any negative reviews. This is one of the hidden gems of Upland. And I wish the owners nothing but growing success. The food is delicious and always fresh. We ordered the camarones costa azul (bacon wrapped shrimp) and a ceviche camaron cocido and the food speaks for itself but the sauces that come with are fire. We also got a bean and cheese which was a good size and they did not skimp on the portions. They're on the pricey side but it's well worth it for good quality food. As for the customer service, we had no issues and the woman who took our order was friendly and patient. If they were ever to relocate I would make the trip for this restaurant. read more

This place is seriously bomb! It's a little pricey but totally worth every penny. The salsa is absolutely amazing. Will def be back!

This place has some fresh seafood!! I highly recommend getting the Marsicoco Grande. I believe it's $32 and feeds 2. I also recommend the tacos Gobenador (cheese and shrimp taco) and the micheladas. I had the ceviche de camaron tostada and their ceviche is just okay. I honestly don't recommend it. I have had a lot better at other places. The service is good but very slow (emphasis on the slow). You could easily wait there 5 minutes before someone comes to your table. I still highly recommend this place despite some of the downfalls. read more

Overall the food we ordered was excellent. The aguachiles dish i had was absolutely beautiful. The wait was a tad long but if your food is getting prepared correctly then a wait is expected. The cold food game here is tough to beat. Each plate had a distinct taste and great flavor. The joint is on the smaller side and when its cold i dont want to sit outside. (Im from cali 60 degrees is cold lol) Overall i would say food is great. Service is cool. Their brick and mortar is a ............... well the food is great. Lol read more

I have not had better shrimp dishes anywhere close to here or anywhere for that matter. It doesn't look like a fancy restaurant but don't let that fool you. Their food blows other mariscos restaurants out of the water. It may take a little longer for your order to come out, and you will pay a few more bucks compared to other restaurants serving similar dishes, but the quality here sets the bar. The Chipotle sauce is made there on the premises and is delicious. I have been told the wait is long on the weekends but if you go in a weekday you'll likely have the place to yourself. I have had the shrimp quesadilla, shrimp burrito both are the bomb. Best of all , never any bubble gut stomach pain after I have eaten there. Here is some of the updated menu I have attached below. read more

My wife, my son, and I went to Camacho's this evening. I had eaten take out from there last week and I loved it. This was our first visit and I ain't gonna lie, the place does not give a great first impression. I don't agree with some of the other commenters though, the waitresses were really nice. The owner even came up and introduced himself. The food and Micheladas were excellent. We had the large Mariscoco, it is $35 and is supposed to be for 2 people but it is enough for 3 or 4. The tacos Gobernador are the best we have had here or in Mexico. They are a must try. Food is 5 stars. The interior needs a makeover, otherwise this place is a 5. read more

I would never recommend this business to anyone. How does a Mexican restaurant run out of chips and salsa? I mean really!
