We were so happy with our experience we decided to get take-out the next day. Food was definitely thought out when prepared since the ramen had specialty plastic bowls to prevent soggy noodles. For me, this is the best Japanese food and ramen in the triad. Nothing beats the flavor and care put into every dish. While the sandwich featured a good amount of meat, it was oddly sweet due to the choice of pepper. Banana peppers and a dash of oregano would have been a welcome remedy.
