What sets this practice apart is the truly personalized care. The doctors and staff don't just know our girls' medical histories--they know our girls. They remember details about their interests, their personalities, and their quirks. Walking in for an appointment feels less like visiting a medical office and more like seeing caring extended family members who happen to be medical professionals. The trust our daughters have in their doctors and the entire staff is something I never take for granted. They actually look forward to their check-ups, and even when they're not feeling well, they feel safe and comfortable here. That level of comfort is invaluable, especially when dealing with anxious moments or difficult conversations about health. The doctors also take care of us as parents. They helped us understand how to read our kids' symptoms--what is serious and what is normal. As nervous, first-time parents, that type of support helped us calm our own nerves on countless occasions. From routine well-visits to sick appointments and everything in between, this office has consistently provided exactly what we need: expertise, compassion, accessibility, and genuine care. After a decade of experience here, I recommend this practice without hesitation to any parent looking for a pediatrician who will truly partner with them in their children's health and wellbeing.

If there were a draft pick for pediatricians, Dr. Bennett would be our #1 overall. His bedside manner is honestly unbelievable--he somehow manages to calm babies, reassure parents, and crack a joke all at the same time. Our daughter trusts him, we trust him, and we're convinced he could probably negotiate world peace if toddlers were involved. The entire practice runs with the perfect mix of professionalism, warmth, and genuine care. They've become truly indispensable to our family, and we couldn't imagine navigating parenthood without them. Five stars, ten stars, all the stars--Dr. Bennett and the team deserve them all. And if you get a chance, pick up his one of his books. My favorite is The Fantastic Body.

My son came down with a fever, and my pediatrician recommended a visit to urgent care. This…read morelocation is the closest to our house so we gave it a try. Once inside I learned that you can schedule an appointment in advance if needed. Registration is to be done online via a QR code. Because my need was outside of the norm, a receptionist assisted with registration. I could tell that they were new, as many mistakes were made, from entering myself in the system rather than my child, failure to ask for my insurance card, and having to repeat/enter information in several times. I appreciate the need to learn; however, at some point it would have been helpful for someone else to take over (eventually they did). Once taken back, the RN that assisted us was super kind and gentle with our son. He took the time to answer any questions that we had. The NP was kind and listened to our concerns. We were advised we would receive a follow up call, as of late (it's been 5 days) and that hasn't occurred. Overall, I was really pleased with my experience, at PM. The location is close to my home, I can make an appointment if needed, the staff are kind, the location is clean and they did a great job caring for my kid.

This place was quiet and clean. If you have a problem with the QR code for intake the sweet young lady at the desk will assist you on her computer. I went at ten o clock at night and they had a couple of families with their little ones. They were called so fast. Our time came quickly after being admitted in the system and paying my co-pay. The staff was nice. The doctor was awesome. Compassionate, knowledgeable, gentle and understanding. I can't think of another urgent care I will take my babies. I'm glad they exist! Plus the hours are parent minded. They get we may need help 10 at night or later. Thank you!

**** Update**** I have decided to update this review after…read morethe manager reach out to me to clear up the situation. As I mentioned in my original review it was truly a shocking moment to me that I refused to believe had happened considering how long I have been a patient of NWNP. Northwest Nurse Practitioner Associates to me represented everything that a family practice should embody and that is now missing in the health care system : empathy, compassion, knowledge, detailed-oriented, patience, confidence, trust, passion. I found all of the above qualities visiting Erin every years for the past 7 years and that last encounter (over the phone) with the manager was the complete opposite of what I was accustomed to hence my disbelief. I have the utmost respect for her and what she has built over the years and my decision to update my review is solely based on those 7 years. I do not believe that one incident should erase the consistent positive interactions and great care I have received from NWNP over the years. I want to believe that there was a miscommunication between me and the manager and it was not his intend to make me feel unheard. I appreciate him taking the time to reach out and write an apology email.

And that was true during that time. But something changed significantly as she transitioned to a sort of direct primary care practice and functional medicine practice. The practice seemed more impersonal. For example she tried to direct me away from monitoring my liver scores when I started taking statins. Although she had previously had the position that medications always have risks in promoting alternative medicine considerations and I had told her of my brother's death from non alcoholic cirrhosis due unmonitored prescription of cholesterol medication she tried to talk me out of the monitoring. At one point I had told her I didn't want to die from cirrhosis her reply was that there were worse ways to die.
