The patient portal is impossible to figure out, and there's no way to make an urgent sick visit appointment - since nobody answers the phone. We are transferring care elsewhere.

it has only been three months but i love this practice!…read more i toured three, maybe four, offices before i decided that this one was the one for me. it was the last one i visited and happened to be the closest to my home. dr. ulen was the one who gave us the presentation and the doctor who we have seen the most. she is great and we feel very comfortable with her. everyone has been really nice and helpful. it feels like family in there. our appointments have run very much on time. i have used a lot of their services including the after hour nurse line (eek!), met with their lactation consultant, and consulted with their GI nurse specialist. i love that they have long hours and weekend hours. this practice is pro-vaccination (to each their own and i will leave it at that). they have electronic medical records that you can access on your own. we had our one month appointment with dr. schwartz right before his retirement. he is such a sweet man and i wish there were more people on earth like him. he collects beanie babies to give out to the kiddos!

While I understand that illnesses can change over time, this experience made me question the thoroughness of the initial exam and left me with concerns about the quality of care. I hope this feedback encourages more careful evaluations when visibility is limited. Will give 2 stars because we do love the rest of the team there.

Our children have been patients at two of the "top-rated" pediatricians as we've moved over the years--and this is the only practice where you're truly treated as a person, not just a number. If you're looking for speed and convenience, you can always go to an assembly-line pediatrician. But if you want a true care team--literally two doctors who will know your children by name, provide thoughtful and individualized treatment, and actually keep you informed--this is the place for you. When I first called, Anastasia let me know they're a smaller practice. So yes, I may wait on hold for a couple minutes while they're helping another patient--but I'll take that any day over the rushed, impersonal care we've experienced elsewhere. At the other offices, they'd order multiple bacterial infection tests based only on symptoms I described over the phone--without even seeing my children.
