Consider this review lacking photos as a sign that my taste buds overtook my ability to stop and take photos of the food and drinks. I could share photo of my empty glass and scraped clean plate but that's not the sexy look you might be wanting to see in such a review as this. My night started off with Kyra taking my skinny margarita order, she suggested hornitos tequila and a shot on the side. Such a great suggestion, I had two. As I continued my dining experience seated at the bar Marci also served the two of us. Of course I had the chips and salsa. But why did Marci have to bring the queso to the guest seated next to me? She winked at me knowing I was eyeballing the queso. Yes, once again I fell prey to another recommendation and it did not disappoint. No need to look past this review. Come and visit the Gresham Margarita Factory. If you don't have a 5 star experience, give it another try when you are in a better mood because this location consistently earns 5 stars. read more

My friend and I went to a late lunch there.The Server was Wilmer (Willie) and he was exceptional!! He was checking on us to make sure everything was okay. Wow! Honestly one of the best Mexican restaurants I have the please to dine in. The guacamole was fun and different and delicious. Fab salsa ... and the entrees were worth the 40-minute drive. We came in for my sister's birthday on a Sunday, it wasn't too busy. We were sat within twenty minutes since we didn't have a reservation. My partner and I shared the molcajete. It was definitely enough and then some for the two of us. The chicken and carne asada had a nice char and flavor. The corn tortillas were nice and warm, overall a very satisfying meal. The two downsides were that our margarita tasted very watered down and it took at least 45 minutes for someone to check on us and bring the bill. read more

The vibe was refreshing. Staff was amazing! Happy hour drinks were tasty and strong. Excellent bartender! Salsa was soupy but flavorful. I added some pico de gallo to mine for chunks. This is the 3rd Margarita Factory location that we've been to and we really liked this one. The staff was friendly. Food was served hot and flavorful. Chips and salsa are both good. Drinks were yummy and The restaurant itself is nice and clean. We ordered the chicken fajitas and the tres compadres. Both were very flavorful, cooked well, served hot and arrived at our table in a timely manner. We also ordered a starter of tortilla soup that was very good too. We had a bigger group of 7 people but it didn't seem to hold up our orders at all. This is a location that we would come back to and bring friends and family. We did make a reservation since it was a busy Friday night. There were several large groups and birthday celebrations happening that night so I would highly recommend making reservations. read more

Well, I tried it again. Big mistake. My family of three dined here last night. We ordered three entrees. One side of guacamole. Two margaritas. We didn't order anything fancy. The margaritas were special priced for national margarita day. This cost us $130.00 for a family of three!!!!! Before tip!!!! The food is fine. Not great. Not bad. Just fine. You could get this quality of food from any other restaurant for HALF the price. When seated we had to beg for napkins. Then we had to wait for utensils AFTER our food was delivered. Our hostess never checked on us after our food was delivered. The atmosphere is nice. But who cares because their prices are OUTRAGEOUS. Save your money and go to a much better Mexican Restaurant in West Linn off tenth street. A true tequila bar. I have no problem dropping coin on a great meal. I'll spend hundreds at a great steak house. The Margarita Factory is a price gouging joke. Oh yeah, they peddle Clasa Azul and Don Pedro like it's the kings of Tequila. Not so. That hooch is for folks how don't know what good tequila is but want to post on social media that they drank it... Never going back. Hope you won't either. read more

This building in downtown gresham has been home to several restaurants over the years so we were a bit skeptical about it. But, we had heard good things from friends so we thought we would give it a try. The decor and atmosphere is great. Family friendly but I could totally see it being a spot for 20-somethings at night. The menu had a lot of selections and everything looked great. Our son got a kids burrito which he really liked. My wife got the enchilada suiza with chicken. She liked it but felt that they skimped on the salsa Verde and it wasn't quite as good as a different Mexican restaurant we like also. I got street tacos with fish and carnitas. I could have saved half my plate because it came with 4 tacos and rice and beans. I couldn't not get a margarita at the margarita factory so I went with a blended strawberry. I got the small and was shocked at how big it was when it came. Definitely don't get anything bigger than a small if you're drinking it alone and you're driving. My team from work came here for a multi birthday celebration. It was ABSOLUTELY delicious! They have so many options for margaritas. I got the margarita boat which has 4 margaritas that you can choose the flavor. The strawberry one was delicious! For food I got the street tacos. I got 2 fish and 2 steak. It came with rice and beans. I'm not sure what my manager and her husband shared but it looked fantastic. I did try the season pork and the asada from it. SSOOO good! The restaurant was awesome when they opened, they must have changed hands! Four of us went to the 82nd Margherita Factory and all of us had the worst experience. We ordered drinks and our 17$ drinks were in plasic I ordered the seafood burritos, OMG! The stench from the spoiled seafood! Both of our men ordered the same thing, some chicken and cheese rice dish, the two of them couldn't find but maybe a small amount of chicken and there was so much cheese that the dish looked like a huge piece of gum, there was no flavor. My friend had steak bites and she could hardly cut into it, it was way over cooked. We tried to get a hold of the help but they were super busy, in which I could not understand. We spent well over 200$ with having 2 drinks a piece, that sucked so bad! We always end up at the Oswego Grill just to be safe, lol! read more

Huge portions that could feed multiple people but it seems as though what you get doesn't match the item description on the menu so be sure to check that your order is really all there. My fiancé and I shared the combo fajitas and were a bit disappointed at the meat to vegetable ratio. You basically get a heaping serving of onions with a few peppers and meat scattered amongst it. We also noticed that we didn't receive the guacamole and queso that was supposed to come with it. Also 3 tortillas to share fajitas for two? Come on now. On the flip side, HUGE margaritas! And tasty too! I ordered a small and it had to have been 24 oz. I love how many unique options they have for the margaritas as well. I ordered the prickly pear and it did not disappoint. So we have been fans and regular patrons at Mojave (now going by Margarita Factory to align with their other stores in the area) for many years. I've enjoyed the food and service, and always have a good time. We'll probably still go there occasionally. However, I'm reducing my stars by one because recently it seems like their prices, especially for cocktails, have gone through the roof. My partner ordered a margarita which was $15, with a shot on the side, which ended up being another $15. The menu doesn't highlight these prices, so we had a bit of sticker shock with the bill ($30 for a drink at a restaurant in Gresham!). I still enjoy the food and service, and hope they make adjustments to drink prices over time to align with the market rates. read more
